JohnSilver seems to be your main ship, while amareto has been there for months and has no other ships tied to that account and machine. All money from that ship also seems to be going to your main. This and the lack of chatter between one another and reported flying only in formation leads us to assume that you are running two instances of Freelancer for your benefit.
This is considered cheating. Your ships are forfeit.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Appeal Thread linked above. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the appeal thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. even when it would be like you re thinking, a deletion would be far over reacted.
Deletion is for killers out of role-play, political extremesists, racists and so on.

It is nice to hear that you have found a way to play games with your son, but you must understand why that rule is there in the first place. It is very easy for a player to make sure of multiple computers to obtain an unfair advantage over others by flying multiple transports at the same time. Your son, given his age, is not participating in the server's roleplay environment - even more so, almost all of his money that he makes on that character has gone to your account instead.
In other words, you are simply overstepping the rule regarding multiboxing and we are inclined to treat it as such. The punishment is severe, yes, but that goes with anyone who tries to use multiple instances of Freelancer to get an edge over other players.
If you wish to play with your son, consider having him fly a ship that does not partake in money making while they follow you around. That is, in your case, the only thing we can suggest at this point.

thanks a lot for answering, i already felt like a forgotten prisoner sitting somewhere in a cold dark wet dungeon.
i do understand the server-team's fear of cheating, even when it hits us very hard (no gaming at x-mas holidays).
feel free to take a look at my different chars money and you'll see, that there's enough money -> no need to cheat for money (to be honest: i don't really know what do do with it, would like to supporta POB, but did never met an owner of one of the two POBs in Ile-de-france).
so far so good, now we know how to act in future.
what do we have to do to get the ships back?
