My name is Jared Nomak and I am the Overlord of the Commune. I believe I didn't had chance to talk with you until now. Let me add that I support the Maltese effort in order to unite us all in order to bring Malta to it's old glory.

I was advised by miss Loyola to contact you regarding the reconstruction of two destroyer class Stortas, that would serve us for our cause due to I believe our long term citizenship and our support to Nation.

One destroyer that is in active service is in our possession and it's current position is exactly in the Alpha sector, having regular maintenance while there was another, decommissioned destroyer to be brought back to life. I would like to know if this is still possible, as I wasn't given any information since I delivered materials and equipment.

Now, I am aware of the changes within the National Council during the previous period, and I am aware that miss Loyola isn't in the lead position anymore but, I've heard you are individual that has same ideals as I do. I would be grateful to you eternally if you would help me out with this.

Mr. Nomak,

I am sorry to have taken this long to get back to you. Things have been rather unsettling. As you're well aware, the government of Malta that has been recently established handles such requests as the one you have proposed. However, since this has all been more than just settled before, I have tried to look for a compromise and luckily, I found one. I can offer you to have the ships constructed in the auxiliary drydocks of Corsica. This would likely be a logistical nightmare to shovel all the materials that you already gathered to Corsica, but it might finally revitalize the station. My advisors tell me that the construction for two Stortas under these conditions will likely take around one hundred days, give or take a week. This is what I can offer you without the direct involvement of the Council.

I don't really have a choice. Materials that I provided are on Valetta, including all the weaponry.

As of this moment I will inform captain Alvarez to move Nighthawk to Corsica. As far as I remember, you will use another decomissioned destroyer and reconstruct it for our use?

In any way, I'm grateful to you eternaly for this, miss Mercante. I hope we will cooperate more in future.

Nighthawk has reached Corsica and it is all yours now. The crew will be available to help you out on the matter of reconstruction, if you will need.

Proteus Tome you say? Well, all I know that it is a artifact that contains a lot of information... Anunnaki calls it The Creator's Gift.

Many individuals want it, including Them. All I can tell you is that, we are very close to it. We were actually able to perhaps get to individual who was keeping it but it was very dangerous and we were behind enemy lines. It is still a game of patience.

I need to mention that, I am assigned to find it and keep it on safe. I am not allowed to give it to anyone except Them. And Oracles... well. Due to events that played out, I find them suspicious. All I can tell you is that, my pilots were on top secret mission, to meet with certain individual for which, I know that it didn't invited them... they were followed by Oracle called Laguna, and it was cloaked for most of the time.

Eventually, my pilots and the said individual found themselves being hunted by Red Hessians and Auxesians. It isn't the first time I can connect two terms, Auxesia and the Oracles. The meeting took deep within Omega sector. The matter of meeting, however, was of highest importance to be secret as were transacting specific item that should not get into wrong hands at all costs. Only I, my operatives and the individual they were going to meet knew about it.

When we were fighting Auxesians in Omicron Kappa, there was Oracle destroyer class Storta inbound... I believe it is called Shrine of Altair. I found it strange for Sajuuk not to help us out, considering that I brought him into the Oracles during my service in their order. At one moment, one of Auxesians even said, "Aquintas wouldn't approve". He didn't help us at all, he let us all be hunted down.

My ears serve me good, but my black box serves me even better.

I advise that we keep eye on the Church. Regarding the Proteus Tome, I cannot tell you that I can hand it to you. It depends on how we will be able to use it, if we will. If we will be allowed to share information with our allies, you will surely be the one who will have a piece of it.

I am most grateful for what you 'ave told me, Signor Nomak. Be sure that I will find a way for it to be quite useful. While the Church itself is not really falling into the category of what I'd call interesting, I do 'ave a pet peeve when it comes to taking what they want from under their noses. Call me childish, and yes, you'd be right in saying that, but really, anyone needs some sort of 'obby, right? I can assure you 'owever, that I do 'ave a way of keeping things safe. Just a thought for you, for now.

The Church is tolerated as long as they're not working against Maltese interests. That is all there is to it. You should know yourself that Malta is a gracious mother, nourishing those who pay the appropriate respect. If there is anything else in regards to them collaborating with the Auxesia terrorists, let me know. I got a few people who'd love to appropriate the land they occupy. Speaking of land, I do hope the treatment you received 'ere was appropriate? I do feel like the Lantians can be a bit overzealous when it comes to their little industries. Can't really talk much there, I'm afraid. Don't know too much about such things. Still, if there are things in regards to this that you might need 'elp with and can't just tell through the official channels, let me know.

Which reminds me: The estimates for the two Stortas are 'ere. The Nighthawk will be refit within the next two weeks. Given that it only required an over'aul for weaponry and engines, you can expect this time to be accurate. Your other offer will likely take a while longer. While we do 'ave a few spare parts that could be refashioned, it will take time cobbling those together and filling the rest with what you dredged up. Expect that to need around fourty days, give or take a week, given 'ow much your own boys 'elp down there.

Apologies for my late response. I was very busy in past weeks.

You do not have to worry about anything. Everything that you did for now is of great help to us, and I can only say good for you. The treatment you mentioned has surprised me, in a positive way. Again, only good can be mentioned.

I'm contacting you in order to know, is the Nighthawk ready to leave the dry docks? And, is there anything my people could help you with?

This is, well, difficult for me to tell. To make a long story short, I am not the one you would go to in order to inquire about these things anymore. The people working on your ship were instructed to leave once their task was done, 'owever, and so I guess you can reckon with them being finished as soon as they pack their stuff and leave the interior. I'm also sure your men will know when the engines are operational again. Sorry that I can't rightly do much more right now, but that's 'ow Maltese politics work. You only secure a place in the sun for so long.
