Are the Angels still active?

I've always had this weird thought that angel duty (regardless of whatever the 'faction' is called) should be mandatory for Disco veterans.

It is, in a way. But if you don't tag the helpers somehow, new players won't think to ask a question. They'll look at high level people like they're "pro" and hope they become like them someday and that's it. And while it kind of is a veteran's duty, it isn't what I am talking about. Of course most vets will help a newbie if they ask, but I'm talking about an Angel-like group that goes out of their way to help. Actively tracking down newbies and trying to help.

It aint no secret Im a Noob here and I have even helps another Noob out when he was stuck trying to dock and was stuck in docking sequence and asked system wide for help and out of all the people in the system at the time a Noob was the one to help and all that was needed was to tell him to type the command "/stuck", so I must say most veteran players may not want to be bothered with the hassle of helping new players as they may feel it takes away their gameplay always helping someone out. So having a Group Dedicated to helping goes a long way.
