Dear Sir or Madam,

----------At first, let me introduce myself - I am César Russeau, the current commanding officer onboard the CLN-Château.d'Ombre. I am contacting you to ensure a safe entrance of my vessel to your space. It is my intention to aid your forces, here in the Bretonian part of the warzone, against the Gallic Royal Navy.

Our vessel is fully prepared for departure and shall proceed once the permission is granted. In case you would want to know more about the specific ship, I will attach some basic informations below. It is a newly commissioned 'Redemption' class battleship, equiped with the finest pieces of Council's technology.

It carries a wing of handful pilots, who have been trained and are ready to launch into space in order to face the Gallic treat. I have overseen the process myself, so I can ensure about their competences. The carried vessels are as follows: Stellions, Agamas, Basilisks, Moonbeams and Sunbeams, applied according to our internal process of testing.

We would want to enter your space and make a stop at some shipyard in order to check the ship's systems after the travel is completed. Some docking permission is appreciated.
