To whomever it may concern,

Yesterday on the 1st of April 824 A.S. one of my officers stumbled upon one of your transport vessels hauling restricted goods with destination in Liberty. It was quite a decent amount of classified Military-standard containers, hauling those containers is only permitted to transport vessels bearing friendly Military Identifications. Surprisingly enough your transport Captain tried to talk himself out of this situation, the things he said seemed way too strange for my Officer to believe but you may check if there is really something true behind his words.

I only want to ask you to keep a closer look on your transport vessels and what their Captains do, we apologize for the damage done to the transport vessel but this was just the standard procedure enforced against people unwilling to stop. Have my Officer's report as evidence.

It is most regrettable that one of our Company representatives appears to have broken some laws. Our captains go under an intense training and educational regime before taking to the wide open space on our behalf so it is disappointing to say the least to find this situation arising.

The situation here was understood to be a manifest error and the wrong materials were loaded onto our vessel for transportation. While work to understand where the error occurred, you can rest assured that we will educate our captains further to double check their instructions before commencing with their tasks.

Mister Doe,

Your answer is satisfying, we are happy to hear that you take the time and will to let your Captains double check their instructions before any flight. Such things cost time and for businessmen like you time means money. Hopefully we will not have any issues at all in the future with any of your Captains, as a standard request I would encourage you to inform your Captains to keep an eye open for smugglers while they move through Liberty and its borders. A few more eyes observing the trade flow in Liberty are always appreciated and may be rewarded too.
