We are the Taiheiyo Consortium, a small group within the Gas Miners Guild representing the interests of those who feel that the GMG's sovereignty and independence should be better recognized. With that introduction out of the way, we would like to proceed on to business.

With collaboration from both corporate partners and independent investors and participants, there is growing desire to initiate a detailed survey and expedition on Planet Saigon to ascertain the difficulties and benefits of future colonization of the Sigma-21 system. We lack the expertise of Planetform's climatologists, biologists, geologists, ecologists, and other experts that would be able to give valuable insight into the workings of this virgin planet and make an assessment regarding the necessity of terraforming. Therefore, the Consortium would like to invite Planetform to participate in this hypothetical research project and become an active partner in the colonization of Planet Saigon.
