To whom it may concern,

This might be overdue, given that I hear we've had members of our organizations meet already, but a new situation requires that I make contact as soon as possible. Odds are that you already know who and what the Forlorn Hope are, but I'll skim over the details just in case. We're a private military corporation, that offers a wide range of services, that is based out of Liberty and a few other hidden locations. Now with that out of the way, lets get down to business.

Firstly I believe there was some talk a few days ago about a possible contract between your organization and mine. If there is, this would be the primary function of this channel.

Secondly, and perhaps more pressing is a matter of permissions and registrations. One of my new recruits has amnesia, and struggles to recall most details of their life. One of said details being how they came into possession of a T-520-GS Bishamon Gunship. We are willing to return the ship if required, but would much prefer an agreement that would allow us to keep it. It's one of the few things that are familiar to the recruit in question, and its presence would no doubt have a calming effect on the guy.

Konnichiwa Nick Stenn,

This is a rather interesting situation that you have brought to us. I am not going to lie, there is many among our organization that wanted the ship be returned immediately but at the end of the discussion we decided that we would give your organization a chance. We will be expecting something in return of course. In exchange for permission to use the mystery Bishamon we would like to arrange a long term escorting contract with Forlorn. While we do have our security division, our recent surge in numbers and shipping operations has stretched the division’s numbers thin at times so we are hoping that Forlorn would be able to provide occasional escort services for our convoys when needed.

Also we have a list of other conditions that must be met before we sign off on allowing Forlorn to fly the Bishamon:

1. We would require more details on the situation regarding the new Forlorn recruit in question since there is a chance that the pilot is a missing guild member considering he was in possession of a Bishamon. We would need an image of the pilot, to compare to the list of missing guild members, and we would like to conduct a quick interview with the pilot to see if he remembers anything important.
   
   
2. The Bishamon will need to be brought to Niigata Star City in Sigma-59 so we can inspect the ship and compare its transponder ID to the list of missing Guild vessels. It may take a few days for the inspection to finish.
   
   
3. The Bishamon will not be allowed to be used in combat against any member of the Gas Miner’s Guild or ally of the guild.
   
   
4. The Bishamon will still be considered property of the guild and will be considered on lease. In three months time we may re-evaluate the terms of the deal. As long as we feel that Forlorn has kept up your side of the deal there should be no issues. However, we do reserve the rights to terminate the contract at any time should a major issue involving the ship should come up.
   

If these terms are acceptable let us know and we can start working on all the specifics sorted out.

On another matter, I am giving you access to this communication. The Consortium has plans to colonize Planet Saigon in Sigma-21 for the Guild and we might be interested in hiring Forlorn to help brings supplies once the colonization begins in earnest. Would you be interested in such a contract?
