Hail to the Overwatch of the Order.

I am Tia Stormclaw of The Blackguard, but I think you already know who I am and who are we as a group.
I want to set our hate and unfriendly standings aside and focus on a bigger problem that is on our hands. So this would be a proposal for a temporary truce or even a further, better "friendly" goals for the both of us. Are you willing to talk about this?

Truce

Dialogue is denied only to the greatest enemies of mankind as a whole, one of which your group has been known to side with. We are not interested in truce with Auxesia, or their pawns for that matter for reasons they would never divulge outside of their inner circle unless twisted to a point of a lie. If this had changed, our network had not heard of it. If indeed a change of dynamics had happened, it will say volumes of your dedication to peace.

This also leaves another matter at hand. With shameful examples of Core, Auxesia and other short lived self proclaimed entities, The Order had adapted stance of not acknowledging legitimacy of any outfit claiming to be 'protecting the mankind' in this way or another unless they answer directly to The Order chain of command. So... you got your chance to speak but choose your words carefully.

Good news for you. I hate Core too and I wanted to talk about them, but lets set that for later discussion if this goes well.
Yes, I did engage order forces, but it was only because I was paid to do it, but since a certain party is hunting down Core too, The Blackguard is willing to fully aid Order against them.

As for the Auxesians. No, we are not their pawns. We go around and hunt by their bounty board, but did not engage any Order vessel about it.

We believe that Core needs to stop its bloodshed upon the Omicrons and if we do not do something about it, a lot of bad entities will profit from it.

I have a plan that seems like a long shot, but it just might work if we gather enough people for it.

This is my standing and I apologize on the behalf of The Blackguard for the losses on the Order side.

Truce

A lasting solution will require sacrifices, your requesting side is no exception. Staying as contractor to an organization lead by an infected agent is out of option. Core, Auxesia - we see no difference in their methods and ideals. Both are powerhungry covers for far darker secrets behind the scenes.

Evidence that... my resourceful spies had managed to source points to Sapphire Raven being an infested specter. Evidence you will no doubt ask for, which will be publicized by The Order for you included to see. I will however understand your reluctance to this bold claim unless you see what we've got. However it is worthy to ask whether it changes anything?

If the Auxesians are being led by an infectee, it will prove a problem for The Blackguard forces if they come in contact with the same. I am more than willing to look at the evidence that you have and will act as the situations sees fit for it. I will also instruct my forces to act accordingly towards the Auxesians.

You said that you made this evidence public, but I have not seen it anywhere. Where can I find it?

The proof that is shown is acceptable. The Blackguard has decided to look into the matter more deeply to see if anyone else within their forces is infected.

We have also decided to fully cooperate with The Order and forget the bad things in our past, done by our last leader. I hope this is sufficient for you and if not, state what else you wish from us.

Truce

We had asked to sever relations with the Auxesian battlegroup and you had listened. This fulfils our requirement and as of now are open for any further suggestions once the truce holds. As you delve into your investigation, any information shared with us will be invaluable in our fight against this menace. We are looking into aliases of Raven's numerous ships as well identities of any further infested personnel that you may had happened to discover along the way.

This of course does not mean we permit you to operate in The Order Protectorate. Keep your distance as we will keep ours. One thing that Auxesia never acknowledged properly is that former enemies enroaching dangerously close to one another only seeds more deadly incidents. You will be informed in any further action against Auxesian infectees that you may become part of and we ought to receive bearings of your own ventures.

Consider this decision and my word as set in stone, though do report any infringement to The Order Ovewatch General Assembly directly. In my long years of service, I had learned that proverbial biowaste can hit the ventilation shaft way too easily when it comes to diplomacy.
