"Normally I do not make calls personally. However seeing as the Guild has been a friend of ours for a long time I feel as if you deserve to talk to me personally about this matter.
Earlier today two of our pilots caught a Liberty Security Force operative at the Omega-7 Jump Gate, a fight broke out shortly after they met which resulted in the LSF fleeing on impulse to the IMG area near Falster. This LSF agent put your assets in danger by utilizing the facilities as a shield and attempting to turn the automated defenses against us. Just as the target was about to met it's end it docked on Aland Shipyard.
Our peoples have been friends for a long time, to see this agent using your people as a shield has caused much concern amongst the State Duma about a possible LSF-IMG connection. Now you and I both know this is not true. However the Duma is deeply concerned over this matter and have requested that I speak to the Guild about this matter as to what can be done to keep the LSF from using your people and facilities in such a manner in the future.
Should you require evidence to satisfy your own people you are free to request it and the Ministry of Truth will hand over our evidence for the Guild to look over and decide for themselves.
thank you for informing the Guild immediately about this incident.
I would like to state that the sheer presence of LSF forces in the Omegas can only be judged as very strange. Let's make sure these visits remain a scarce things.
As you know, I prefer easy solutions.
The Guild has no interest in getting into a conflict with Liberty over some Liberty pilots who lost their way big time and ended up on my station and in conflict with the locals.
At the same time, the safety of those LSF is not exactly high in my priority list. I have issued orders of an investigation into their activities. Furthermore, I instructed Aland and all our Omega bases and patrol assets to tag the ships, collect pilot data from their on-station activity, and make it available to an interested party via port #22881-A. Access Codes to are attached to this message. In case your patrols pick them up, I am interested in the interrogration outcome. No one likes agents poking around on their bases.
In case these pilots cause trouble again, please provide the Guild with actionable intel and we will not shy away from addressing it directly, but as of now, this looks to me like something that is unlikely to be repeated. And perhaps the data provided can help "fixing" it in a discreet manner.

"I have contacted the ministry of Truth, they shall send some information on the initial encounter directly to you via secured S.K.Y.3.P.3 communication protocols. As my people tend to be very suspicious of the Houses the High Command has issued a full alert to the Army to keep an eye out for these agents in the near future."
