TO: Dearest Hogosha Representatives

Good evening,

I hope you are doing well and are enjoying perhaps some of the fruits or will be of our current progressively growing relationship.
I am writing to you because there is a small "hic-up" that I need help from you. Perhaps you will agree to back us up?

The situation is concerning the Junker Congress and The Lane Hackers. Due to the AFC's negative stance towards the Junkers, The Lane Hackers have attempted to resolve the differences between us and come to a conclusion. However, as you could guess, I don't see this from happening. We have seen the true light of how the Junkers operate and their trickery in business. As we have recently settled our own disputes between the Hogosha and the Archangels, I don't see a future between us and the Junkers any time soon.

All I am asking is perhaps you can give a word in to The Lane Hackers for us and get them to cease pressuring for a neutral position on the matter. After all, our strength together can only become a positive effect on them anyway.

Now, this matter you bring us is most strange, bizarre, unconventional. Outlandish, definitely born out of a gaijin mind.

I mean, who in their right mind would wish for peace with unkempt and uncivilized scrappers? No civilized person, I assure you.

But here you have this eccentric entity, Hackers, trying to do this unheard of task of fratenizing lowlifes with,... uh.... well, people from all walks of life who love most of all speed.
You say the Hackers have attempted to "resolve" the issues between your parties. While I don't approve of the enventual consequences of its success, your way of wording it means that the Hackers had a will and an interest on seeing this happening, which is why they insist.

Tell me what's in the deal for them, their motivations, and I may have the tools to dissuade them. Perhaps.

I will be totally honest with you, I dont know what the end game is that the Lane Hackers are playing. The direction however is not my cup of tea, though.
Some way or another, Mr. Yoshida had spoken to the Congress befor-hand and was acting in the discussion with us as a 'mediator' ... To put it loosely. While at first he was giving the option to see if we would cease aggressive actions ( congress and AFC ), at the end I have the strong impression that Yoshida was trying to enforce a truce rather than simply moderating a discussion. From what I gathered, Yoshida envisions a bigger picture where Junkers and AFC could get along and do business.... But I would rather not be forced to do business with those scrap heaps.

The issue that had pushed me to contact you is that Yoshida has turned to using a previous deal AFC has done with LH to their advantage, which seems to me that they would WANT junkers and us to get along. For what purpose? I dont know, but I dont like being pulled by a leash. What was a deal before had now to Yoshida turned to 'payment'. Such a change would only mean he wants Congress and AFC to get along.

The deal we had was to bring the hackers some artifacts every month. Unfortunately, we were not able to sustain business for quite a while due to getting a bit into hot water with the Liberty Government. As you are aware, I am making arrangements for that Artifact convoy of ours which I had hoped to get me back on track.
While it helped to have Auxesia off my back, being payed by the Congress to take down artifact operations whole they make business themselves, I'd rather not have a business relation with the Junkers.

Where Yoshida plays a part in this for his interest to go out of his way to "moderate" , I dont know, but if it has something to do with cardi, I wouldn't be surprised either.

Listen, just disuade the Hackers enough to get them off my case. You know that with our current plans , the hackers should realize this is the best course of action for them.
