Good day Mr. Kelly,

My name is Ellis Calderon, CEO of Cryer Pharmaceuticals. Your reputation certainly precedes you, given your work within the Omicron Supply Industries, as well as serving on the board of Interspace. An impressive background I must say. You certainly do not lack ambition Mr. Kelly.

As to why I am reaching out to you directly; Word has reached my ears that you are no longer attached to Interspace Board of Directors, and as such you are a free agent of sorts. That rumor is the reason for this transmission. As with all transitions in any major company, roles are changed, executives either transfer or move on to other ventures, and evaluations of the current structure are conducted. With that in mind, Cryer Pharmaceuticals is looking for a new executive, specifically to head our operations as COO. While we have a couple promising internal candidates, it is my belief that additional training is needed before promoting these individuals.

Which leads me to you. If you are interested Mr. Kelly, we would like to sit down and have a chat with you about joining Cryer Pharmaceuticals, and filling the now vacant COO position. Given the aforementioned highlights of your background, I personally feel you would be a valuable asset to Cryer's continuing growth.

I, as well as the other executives, look forward to hearing from you soon.

With Respect,
Ellis Calderon
Cryer CEO

Dear Mr. Calderon
[Image: zbv7b0N.png]

Given my past achievements in companies focusing on logistics and finance, I am quite surprised that a pharmaceutical company is reaching out to me. Especially if it is the world’s leading one.

As you might know, I’ve started my journey with Interspace Commerce with a major restructuring in their mode of corporate governance. So it seems very fitting to now be a part and not instigator of such a change.

Therefore, I am looking forward to meeting you and the other members of the Board of Directors to discuss the finer details of our collaboration.

Best regards
Jason Kelly

Good day Mr. Kelly,

I apologize for the delay. Restructuring the organization a massive company such as Cryer is a time-consuming task, so I greatly appreciate your patience.

With that in mind, it should not come as a surprise that Cryer needs someone capable of leading the logistics of our goods, in developing new contracts as well as overseeing the exportation of Cryer goods across Sirius. Which is why your name was brought to my attention.

Now, I believe my CAO Oscar Sanders has been in touch with you already, but we'd like to invite you to come for an in person meeting with us on Planet Denver, at the Denver Research Institute. I'll make sure everything is in order for your arrival should that be suitable for you.

Hopefully then you can gain some insight on Cryer, and see if this is a good fit for you. Until then Mr. Kelly.

With Respect,
Ellis Calderon
Cryer CEO

Dear Mr. Calderon

I have no doubt in your companies ability to recruit the most suitable people for any given job. My surprise was merely due to the fact that I didn’t expect a pharmaceutical to have the need for an internationally competitive logistic department, instead of outsourcing it to other companies.

However, seeing the drawbacks of outsourcing and the advantages of proprietary logistics, developing competitive means of logistics should be – though complicated – rather straight forward, as there is significant demand for your products. The task in question is to, simply put, cut out the middle man, and having the means to replace those services with proprietary means.

I will go more into details, as soon as I’ve familiarized myself with the contractual and logistic peculiarities of that project. With that said, I am looking forward to meet you and the rest of the Board on Planet Denver.
