Tasks

- Get intel on possible export facilities/middlemen as well as secret smuggle passages for Cardamine coming from Malta

Due to the necessity of talking to Blood Dragons authorities on Kyoto, acquiring of a visa turned out to be crucial for continuing the operation. The following information got leaked to ensure the further development.
