Hail, Ladies and Gentlemen.
It is a long time gone since I had to adress to you for the last time, the reason for not adressing to you mostly was my retirement.
But let's leave the old topics out of this message, we have several facts to face. The gallic threat could not have been neutralized as we originally had planned it to be, the Leeds system was only partly evacuated regarding its civilian poulation, and finally the system was lost with the enemy standing at our, and, sadly to say, your borders.
The time I myself am coming back into active service is a time where both of us face an enemy threat of an unknown dimension with both our backs to the wall.
The Bretonian Merchant Navy, being one of the lifelines in a war lasting for several years now, has been given a higher focus, with myself coming back from retirement into active service as the head of the Merchant Navy again.
Why I am adressing to you, ladies and gentlemen. In the past, there have been contracts between the Kingdom of Bretonia and the Republic of Liberty, granting our convoys to access your territory with our ships to safely bring the refugees to a new home. This task never has changed, and in addition the Merchant Navy will be able to supply the Republic of Liberty as well, and as in the past, with the supplies it needs to take a safe stand against the gallic threat forming up along its own borders in Magellan and Cortez.
I have attached a copy of the contracts that have been made with the Republic of Liberty, to be seen as a Neural Net Download in the following:
I hope that the Goverment of Liberty can get the former contract actualized, and resign the former given access to a new contract for the benefit of both our houses.
