We'd appreciate obtaining them from your hangar, at offered conditions. However, reaching your sell-point looks dangerous and we will send someone expendable. So far only Senor Eduardo Teach volunteered, so expect him with full load of Relics soon. He will check your capacities with his own eyes and report to Elders directly. Si?
Oh, there would be another thing. Could you, by any case, provide Premium Scrap at your facility as well? It hits pretty high price at our shipyards lately, due to... eh... some battles we lost recently. That would help our Mighty Armada and be more rewarding for you too, I think.

In terms of the Premium Scrap, I have to say we are not able to supply that material to you.
As compensation, we can offer to bring to a care package to Tripoli Shipyard of 50,000 Ship Hull Panels units for repairs of your ships.
You are in luck. Due to the Archangel resourcefulness, we have been able to organize for Blackport 66 to sell Premium Scrap once in a while at 4500 / scrap.
We do not promise scrap to be in steady supply. Black Market Light Arms on the other hand will. Be sure to look for both of these items when you visit.
