Mastodon and Shetland owners

Hi.

Each of these 5k transports has one gun. Can it fire backwards? I want to know whether I can knock out a trade lane after I've been through it.

The Shetland has it's gun on the right side. So you can fire forwards, backwards and to the right, but really far to the left.

[Inferno]

The Mastodon has left, right, and backwards arcs. Good luck getting it to fire forward.

Now I am curious. Does the Mastodon have a heavy turret slot, or is it stuck with a Charon, Dulzian or generic turret?

I don't think any 5ker has heavy turrets - Only liners and heavy transports ie Akegata.
