Harpy Squadron,

I need to ask you two things right now if this is okay with you.

One, we need support in handling the maintenance of the installation in Kappa. This will require the acquisition of a heavy transport for us to haul supplies to the installation, as well as your support in hauling such supplies. This will not go unrewarded, as Hanamura-sensei has authorized Harpy Squadron access to the installation for storing components, housing and for short-range deployment from the installation to Defend Freeport 11 or for general operations. She has asked two things of you on this front:

1. The location of this installation is to be kept SECRET. You are to make sure that you are not being pursued by anyone, cloaked or otherwise. I advise that you mount cloaks to your vessels and cloak upon entering the system and decloaking once approaching the base.
2. That you contact me or her regarding adding vessels to the Docking ATC's whitelist prior to their arrival.

Two, We'll be needing you to meet with Shepard again, and if Hanamura-sensei can convince him, Keeper Leviathan of Auxesia. I know this is concerning that I'm bringing this up all of a sudden, but the drastic change in situation at this time requires that we meet once more to discuss said situation. I implore you to accept the invitation, and will open a mutual communication link to discuss the where and when soon.

Harpy Squadron is more then happy to help on this matter. Since you three and the Professor are allowing us entry to this new base.

On the topic of Transports, Ms Bride can tell you what, or I should say who I have in mind for this. "Striker" trusts him with his life. Only Problem will be getting a Cloak for the Transport, or any of us for that matter. But we'll see what can be done with that.

And while I'm not thrilled with this meeting. We will accept it. It should be interesting meeting her for the first time. When it's time to move give the Order, and My and striker will pile into Harpy-1 to rendezvous with you.

We have a possible problem. I made Shepard aware that Keeper Leviathan will be attending the rendezvous, and she's not too fond of it, if not outright aggressive. I'll need to meet with you personally sometime today if at all possible. Can you meet me in Inverness, Sector A1, Azimuth -15K SU? I will be aboard Hanamura-sensei's personal delegatory ship.
