I'll be short: one of my brothers has contacted you about the serious injuries he had obtained near Vaitupu, in Omicron Delta. I had the chance to meet him yesterday, and his overall health status is...very worrying - and if he keeps like that, he might even die.
And I can't allow that.
So - I'm asking you, Director, to recall my brother to your vessel, the Horizon, so that he can keep living.
Be hasty, I fear he won't have much time left.
