"Known also as The Order Overwatch or simply as The Order, this enigmatic organization is known to occupy uncharted star systems of far Edge Nebula. Heralded by the House authorities as nihilistic terror movement, nevertheless, it is considered as potential security threat equal to that of another House. Upon closer inspection, a different picture emerges: The Order had established successful fully-fledged colony far from the core worlds, complete with rigid militaristic like social hierarchy with a strong stance against piracy and other criminal activity within its own ranks. I would dare to say they are a mirror image of the Liberty Navy albeit with no state to call their own. It encompasses citizens from all nationalities and paths of life..."

♦ Founding: 20 A.S.
♦ Reformation: 802 A.S.
♦ Mission:
- Defeat Nomads and their slaves by any means necessary
- Defeat Core and their lackeys by any means necessary
- Obtain complete, uncontested custody over alien technology
♦Methods: The Order prefers covert methods to achieve its objectives, maintaining vigilance over all known space in order to uphold the operations network of observers, spies, and informants that are crucial to their covert ops within Sirius. Overt activities are held on regular basis, performing all tasks from low priority patrols of home space to executing high-risk operations requiring the full arsenal of The Order.
While the Order believes eliminating a few key individuals can save the masses, in desperate situations...the ends justify the means. The Order, if unable to execute infested personnel in time, will resort to the utter destruction of a target, even if civilians are present. These decisions are one of last resort, and the ones the Order are most known for - IE the Donau.
The Order is a covert paramilitary organization dedicated to the eradication of the Nomad threat within Sirius. The organization was founded in 20 A.S. by Founding Fathers of Liberty in response to the discovery of Valhalla 1 site - the vast alien vault which content of accelerated human technological development by thousands of years. Shattering the prevalent belief that humanity was the only intelligent inheritor of the galaxy, leaders of the fledgling colony of Manhattan decided that democracy was not a system that could be depended should Daam K’Vosh - which was the most well-translated name of this newly found species - return and their intent towards weakened humanity proved hostile. The Order of Cincinnati from now on supervised highest levels of the government and military sector of the House for centuries to come, secretly ensuring the dominance of their House on the Sirius Sectors political arena. Their mandate included complete takeover and installment of temporary dictatorship in the times of crisis, expected to find a solution to existential threats in this dangerous universe.
The legacy of this ancient now cell was felt across the Sirius. The Order of Cincinnatus founded modern Ageira Corporation (44 A.S.) to continue translating contents of the Valhalla 1 site, culminating in trade lanes and jump gates that now dot colonized space. Liberty Security Force ( branch was created as an overt and independent from standard Navy branch of The Order to safeguard interests of Liberty... whatever and wherever those might be. Cincinnati funded the Gas Miner Guild during their 80 years war against Rheinland, weakening their House’s greatest rival in the process. It was also the Cincinnati who initiated the space race to uncover more and more of the outer rim border worlds, again to secure Liberty’s prospects of future colonization, otherwise hampered by their centric location in Sirius sector.
Development of The Order as today's known happened relatively recently, in the year 800 A.S. during the onset of the First Nomad War. The Slomon K’Hara, a creation of the Daam K’Vosh awakened after Rheinland expedition to uncharted Omicron world seemingly found another vault. Nomads, as those aliens were commonly named took over entire expedition and set forth their parasitic infiltrators back to the House of Rheinland where their network grew and expanded higher into echelons of the local elite. When Nomads crept into Liberty, complacent Cincinnati became affected as well. Non-infected operatives of The Order regrouped around Agent Casper Orillion who lead the resistance against the alien invaders, The Order victorious in the end.
The legacy of Orillion, gone missing in year 802 A.S. was many-fold. Jonathan Pryde of the Black Squadron assumed leadership in following power vacuum. Opponents of the future Black Fleet claimed that Orillion was in fact removed forcefully or even assassinated by Admiral Pryde’s cronies. Whoever was right, it was ultimately Black Squadron’s model to shape new Order. Orillion’s own unique ideology carried on regardless of leaders to come, in his own words to:
“Maintain delicate events in countermeasures to ensure both criminal elements in Sirius and opposing government agencies are at constant odds with each other, yet remain in balance.“
His words were wildly interpreted by various supreme commanders that followed. Following the rise of President James Powell who replaced Order-friendly regime of Jacobi, The Order was outlawed. Bretonian foreign affairs seeking to strengthen their alliance with Liberty quickly followed with their own ban. Early Black Squadron Admirals assumed it was their moral responsibility to fulfill Orillion’s command to overturn Liberty’s government after what was perceived among The Order as vile backstab. Black Squadron insisted that Liberty was a mockery of its own namesake, disconnected and alienated from own lower class citizens who faced either poverty or joining already unmanageable ranks of criminal cartels, risking confinement to slave labor in private police prison sector. Rising prominence of Hellfire (many of which ex-Navy like Black Squadron officials) and Xenos (disgruntled workers) only fueled The Order’s cause. While full-on confrontation against the Liberty Navy and LSF was discontinued as ineffective and future plans of revolution canceled, the enmity between both only deepens.
The Order faced other issues soon. Inadvertently dragged into a conflict with Maltese rogue state though an alliance with the Corsairs, The Order became more involved in wars at their native Omicron territory. It was during that time the Nomads had returned, utilizing rise of Core PMC to spread uncontrollably though the Colonies without opposition. Core were bounty hunters disciplined into a small private army for ease of claiming blood money placed upon highly organized unlawful entities almost parallel to a “navy”, otherwise untouchable by small pack hunters of the Houses. Turning away from their original purpose, Core turned to proclaim a rogue state of its own. Ideologically opposed by The Order, Core sees Nomads as a resource to be let loose and harvested for profit rather than existential peril to our species. Without an end in sight, central Omicrons are engulfed in three-way war between The Order, Core and Nomad-aligned forces.
These days, Black Squadron’s Fleet leadership eventually faded to be replaced by more vigorous The Order Overwatch of the Admiral Golanski - the first non-Black Fleet Admiral. With open-handed policy recruiting plenty of former Black Squadron officers alongside new blood, less centralized The Order Overwatch General Assembly (819 A.S.) established itself as undisputable leaders. The Assembly incorporates Technocrats of the OSD, vocal proponents of Sirius Balance in Order Intelligence Agency “Wedjat” and the former Admirals of the Black Fleet. The new look upon Orillion’s legacy resulted in new “Code”:
⧫ The Order shall ensure humanity’s continued dominance in the universe.
⧫ The Order shall protect mankind from threats external.
⧫ The Order shall protect mankind from threats within.
A moon of unusual size, Akabat is a rich world settled by The Order after the Toledo disaster. Most of the landmass is dominated by rocky hills and mountains, alongside vast savannas and light forestation. Akabat has a varying climate, as night and day are variable, depending on Akabat's position relative to both the sun and Nebet. Nebet also frequently eclipses the sun, which causes an occasional "long night". Water is abundant but spread in forms of small seas and many rivers dotting the moon's landscape. Native life is limited to small mammal and reptile equivalents. The current population is estimated at 250 thousand people, consisting of all of The Order's non-combatants.
While Akabat is able to cater to most of the needs of its population with a comfortable temperature and atmospheric composition, most of the water is rich in metal particles and thus, toxic to human organisms in long-term consumption when unfiltered. Attempts at introducing edible crops were met with limited success, making food and other supplies highly sought-after to maintain the needs of the thousands of humans taking shelter after abandoning Omicron Minor.
Akabat is the sole moon of Planet Nebet and is unusually large for a moon. It may have been a separate planet at one time which has been caught by Nebets deep gravity well. Akabat has an erratic climate, as night and day are variable, depending on Akabat's position relative to both the sun and Nebet. Nebet also frequently eclipses the sun, which causes an occasional "long night". Nevertheless, the planet is habitable, with modest flora focused around a few large rivers that flow from various mountain ranges. Akabat possesses a dry and cold atmosphere, precipitation only falls in the higher mountain ranges in the form of snow. The Order has established small settlements and outposts near the rivers to take advantage of the fresh water supply that offers. Many regions of the planet have not been explored yet as the Order was more concerned with establishing its defenses, after the devastation of Omicron Minor. Virtually all of the Order's civilians and scientists reside on Akabat. It is estimated some 250.000 people reside on the surface.
♦ Battleship Thebes
The sole Thebes-class Super Dreadnought of The Order, Thebes is a state-of-the-art warship meant to serve as a mobile headquarters where the Osiris' hull and armament would prove insufficient to tip the odds of any conflict to The Order's favor. Fortuitously for the Omicron organization, its production was safely cloistered away until the vessel's unveiling. As the Core pushed for the final confrontation over Toledo, the Thebes achieved full combat readiness and was prepared prematurely for deployment before construction could have been finished and tests run. Arriving late to the Battle of Omicron Minor, encountering Nomads assaulting both fleets alike; The Order Overwatch ordered the evacuation of all personnel from Toledo and a full retreat to Omicron Epsilon.
The Thebes was on the other hand ordered to commence an emergency jump to Omicron Mu - a previously charted system known to be capable of sustaining human life. The untested jumpdrive broke down upon arrival, leaving the Thebes drifting at the arrival point. After many survivors from Toledo were unloaded onto the newly discovered Akabat, the Thebes was moored at a special drydock in Omicron Mu and tirelessly worked upon. With it finally combat ready again, it is considered to some amongst the organization as the "anchor" of the system, and a source of pride among its crews, technicians, and onlookers.
♦ Taba Starbase
A garrison of the Order built after the colonization of Akabat, Taba was strategically placed in proximity to jump holes leading out of the system. It is the primary military installation in the region, supplying the Omicron Minor frontline. The nature of Taba made it necessary to outfit the station with cutting-edge medical equipment to treat injured in skirmishes within the Toledo graveyard.
Taba handles incoming and outgoing traffic from both Omicron Minor and Sigma alike, as well as being tasked with field repairs and supplying of The Order war machine. This busy port is one of the closest manned bases to the Nomad Worlds and is known to some amongst the Order as "Hell's Gateway".
♦ Fort Carthage
Carthage is the primary nerve center of the Order's High Command and additionally houses the organization's drydocks from which capital-class vessels are constructed and maintained. Construction of the massive complex began after Lisbon Station - from which The Order explored and claimed Omicron Epsilon as their own - was found inadequate to support needs of The Order. Fully operational status was achieved in early 809 A.S., allowing for the state of the art refit of capital assets no longer reliant upon agreements with the Corsair Empire. Most of the patrols in-system originate from Carthage, serving in full capacity as a primary military port in Omicron Epsilon.
Sicca Shipyard: Sicca Shipyard is the industrial annex of Carthage station. All of the Resheph and Geb class warships in existence were built within its drydocks. With the collapse of the alliance with the Corsairs, the shipyard took on the responsibility of constructing and maintaining all capital-class vessels in service of The Order.
♦ Alexandria Research Station
The primary research installation of The Order, Alexandria was a byproduct of allocating funds from the canceled Phoenicia terraforming project. Initially formed from hollowed-out rock and ice that once was part of a large comet in Phoenicia's orbit, Alexandria was systematically expanded to meet needs of vast R&D projects undertaken by the organization. Shortly after its completion in 810 A.S, the research station became the source of all technologies and blueprints used for modern equipment in the fleet. It is known to be one of the most secure locations in The Order's controlled space, despite recent, uncomfortably close incursions from alien life-forms in its defense grid.
♦ Battleship Canaan
Battleship Canaan was commissioned by The Order in year 819 A.S. in aftermath of Toledo's destruction. Caanan being unfinished at the time, it was decided to incorporate parts of other Osiris class warships critically crippled in battle into its chassis. With Battleship Apophis' departure from the system in 822 A.S., Canaan was deployed to assume the responsibility of guardianship in its place; an assignment made more contentious by recent sightings of The Order's enemies in what was formerly their uncontested territory.
♦ Cairo Station
Cairo is one of the most recently constructed outposts put into service by the Order. It serves as a waystation for patrols heading into the Sigmas and a rest stop for vessels returning from there. The station itself dedicates a significant amount of resources to monitoring Sigma traffic and tracking the unusually high Nomad presence in the system. Patrol paths are frequently updated with new flight patterns to cover and defend the station, as the Order is functionally unable to secure the whole system from potential and real hostile forces alike.
♦ Dabadoru Station
Hidden deep inside an asteroid field, Dabadoru was built in 816 A.S. by the Core, an elite military force. It served as a major staging point for combat operations against The Order and Corsairs and subsequently Core's expansion into Omicron space. Seizing opportunity from the weakened line of defense that the Core provided as their fleets focused on the attack on Yaren, the Order forces successfully laid siege to Dabadoru station in 822 A.S. in order to undermine the Core's rising influence in Delta and captured it.
♦ Battleship Atum
The Battleship Atum is one of the newest Osiris class ships to be produced at Evora Shipyard and was officially commissioned for duty at the end of 816 A.S. Initially positioned in Alaska to prevent Liberty from threatening Omicron Minor, Atum has moved deeper into Sirius to investigate and counter Nomad activity in the Independent Worlds and Bretonia.
♦ Battleship Amenta
The Battleship Amenta is an experimental vessel, constructed in the berths of Evora Shipyard in the twilight months of 822 A.S. It was designed to be a deep strike operations warship, equipped with a prototype hull plating and intended to be almost entirely self-sufficient, thus able to go for months without even routine maintenance from a shipyard. Even with the radioactive shroud of the system, the Amenta lurks in the outer reaches Omicron Beta without fear of being eroded by any dangerous particles. Here, it monitors Outcast fleet movements and trade routes from a "safe" distance, while also servicing patrols and raids from its hangar. Although the Order tries to keep its presence hidden, the Amenta is constantly prepared to be on the move.
♦ Lisbon Starbase
Lisbon Starbase, tucked deep within the rocky outcroppings of the Hoff Dust Cloud, is the Order's secondary base in Omicron Epsilon. Originally a sentinel for the Order's Epsilon garrison, it was destroyed during a daring Core raid. Abandoned for years, the station was salvaged and rebuilt due to the rising Nomad threat. Now, it serves as a base for Order patrols, safeguarding the untamed Epsilon system against Nomad and infestee activity, reaffirming the Order's strength.
♦ Port Said
Port Said, a covert asteroid base, is the Order's vital surveillance outpost in Sigma-21. Equipped with an advanced Resheph sensor array, it discreetly monitors the surrounding area. This base also serves as a refuge for Order pilots, offering a secure spot for rest and repairs as they undertake missions against the infected in the untamed regions of Kusari.
Grand Admiral is the unquestionable supreme commander of The Order. Every single cell, battle group, and asset inevitably responds to the Grand Admiral. Holding absolute power, the Grand Admiral is at the top of the Chain of Command. As such, there is only one Grand Admiral.
♦ Admiral
Admirals work together with the Grand Admiral to form the highest circle of power within the organization. They retain a high degree of autonomy from even the Grand Admiral and are tasked with assisting in all their capacity the leading of the fleets spread throughout Sirius. Sometimes they retain their own personal cell at their direct command or even commission new Inquisitors to assist the Overwatch.
♦ Colonel
Counter-intuitively, Colonels of The Order are considered a junior Flag Officers akin Commodore or one-star Admirals. Circumstances and adaptation had found Colonels placed in charge of entire battlegroups. As part of the High Command they are part of the ruling council that shapes policy of the entire movement.
♦ Major
All officers of any military outfit in the history of mankind can be described with one trait: ambition. Those who are not content with being standard line officer may seek to further challenge themselves by progressing further in their career. Majors are often designated roles of space station commanders, important administrative staff and military governors of The Order Protectorate. As the highest non-flag officer rank, they also are priority for battleship command.
♦ Captain
Representative of The Order’s ideals. Captains of The Order are expected to embody modus operandi and objectives of The Order and to lead by example. Captains are the commanding officers of one of biggest warships ever constructed by The Order. Geb assault carrier at bare minimum requires rank of Captain.
♦ Commandant
Veterans who had survived the rigours of war should expect their faithful service to be rewarded with further privileges and responsibilities as the stakes go higher. At their own discretion, Commandants may lead fighter squadrons or commision a Resheph class cruiser as their personal flagship.
♦ Commander
Junior comissioned officer rank, the first to be considered for warship command. Commanders are watched closely by upper echelons, judged by their first comissions whether they are material to eventually lead largest machines of war created by man. Only smallest warship in service of The Order: A mass-produced gunboat can be entrusted to a Commander.
♦ Lieutenant
The vast majority of The Order’s pilot corps and officer staff manifest as Lieutenants. They are operatives who had completed their rites as Ensign and thus earned their wings. Lieutenants are often commissioned with contingent of Ensigns and enlisted personnel.
♦ Ensign
Lifeblood of The Order. First officer rank within the chain of command and also the first authorizing usage of fighters and bomber strike craft. It is at best a temporary rank where recruits face their first trial in fire before being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
♦ Aspirant
A non-commisioned officer in training. These brave men and women distinguished themselves to warrant rank of higher responsibility. Typically overseeing the lower ranked crew of capital assets and marine units. //nonplayable RP rank
♦ Elder Auxiliary
More experienced personnel of The Order, thousands of dedicated individuals ensuring that The Order's war machine continues forward. //nonplayable RP rank
♦ Auxiliary
Most basic service man or woman in ranks of The Order. Your baseline crewmember or start-up marine freshly out of the academy. //nonplayable RP rank
