Good day to the commanding officers within in the Bretonian armed forces,

The means to which I have asked for your attention is one of a matter that is quite important to us. Around a few hours ago, we managed to recover one of our capital ship vessels from a skirmish within the border regions of the Munich system against the Corsairs, something that has become a nuisance to us.

It's cooling systems were heavily damaged within the process and unfortunately, it seems that corporations tend to keep us white-collar crime detectives on the backlist of standing repair jobs. We have come to realise that our logistics fleet will be used more than ever, but our repair jobs are currently hindered by the standing issues of foreign intelligence agencies transgressions into each others territories. Including ones of a logistical nature.

I am extending hands out to request that our logistical vessels may be able to access to Her Majesty's sovereign territories of the Kingdom of Bretonia, mainly its inner regions which currently house the manufacturing plants of the many components required for ship and station upkeep. I understand that the SIS and the BDM have formally put their problems behind and are now working closely together with the Omega stituations. If it is trust you wish to have from us from this request, its something that we are not going to violate.

All I am asking, is that you consider the request before I go into any more detail. I'd be hoping to hear back from you soon.

On Behalf of the Bretonian Government allow me first to apologise for the delay in replying to you. In regards to your message, I am to inform you that the Government has seen fit to allow your Logistics vessels access into Bretonian space. Per your message, I must also inform you that since you did not mention the subject, no escorts will be allowed to enter Bretonian space until you specifically request it.

The Intelligence Service would also like to take this opportunity to request the intended flight paths for your logistics vessels while they travel through Bretonia.

Good day to the commanding officers within in the Bretonian armed forces,

This is a fantastic resolution to the issue we've been having. I'm having my logistics division prepared for dispatch to factories and stations with the parts we need. I'm hoping this long-term solution will result in a more efficient fleet in service for Rheinland. As for flight plans, you'd mostly be expecting most of our fleet to move in through the Omega-3 system while heading to these prime locations:

Scarborough Station- Newcastle
Graves station- Dublin
Planet New London- New London


On the issue of escorts. I'd like to request that we have an allowance for our Wraith class VHF's access into the Kingdom of Bretonia on the means of escorting, mainly to stick to trade lane traffic and are to always be within the vicinity of the transport they are escorting.. Any other activities that are conducted are not sanctioned by myself and I leave the consequences of their actions to you.
