Kato was flying to his home after the nightclub closed. It was 3 AM on New Tokyo, and for Kato the night was starting to end. It was a night of party, drugs, and sex. However, this night was special. There was a new drug going around, called U4. It was the highest that Kato had ever gone. The best party, the best sex, everything was one hundred times better with this U4. It was a great night, even better then the normal Saturdays. Being rich had it's privileges.
Only one thing might have bothered Kato, and that was a strange itching on his skin. But it was minor. The last hit of U4 was still running around in his veins. Kato paid the itch no mind.

When Kato got home, the itch was starting to bother him more and more. Maybe taking that last hit for the road wasn't such a good idea. Not only that, but his stomach started to hurt, kind of like gas. Kato grimaced and went inside. He needed to crash. A little sleep would cure all this.
Part of his mind told him something was happening to him, but the U4 masked it.

Kato tried to sleep, but sleep was hard to come by. The pain and itch kept coming back in waves, and when sleep finally came it was rough. He dreamt he was on fire, burning up from the inside. That he was changing. And the pain... It hurt like nothing Kato had experienced before. Finally he awoke at 4:30 AM, stumbled into the bathroom and splashed his face with cold water. He still felt like he was on fire, and the pain in his abdomen kept growing.
A wash of cool air on his face from the window felt nice... Part of Kato realized that the window should be closed... He frowned. When did he open the window?
A new wave of pain swept his body, and Kato was forced to his knees. He would have screamed, but his throat would not let him make much sound. He gurgled, feeling his organs shift and change, his bones grated, his flesh rippled. It was as if his whole body was reorganizing.

Suddenly, the door to the bathroom burst open and 3 men in black suits ran inside. Similarly, two men slid in through the window. All of them wore gas-masks and light body armor. A large array of equipment was packed at their belts and within their packs. Silenced projectile weapons were cradled in their hands, efficient and lethal looking. They converged on the pain-wracked Kato, standing over him as he changed and twitched on the floor.
One pulled out an injection gun and placed it on Kato's neck. The gun hissed, pumping him full of some unknown chemical. Now Kato arched his back, his new fangs biting at the air, his claws grasping at nothing. Presently he slumped back to the ground and just twitched every so often. The team picked him up and carried him out to the other 5 standing around an Armored Personnel Carrier. The men entered the craft, and it took off as fast as it could.

Kato Uzumaki, a prominent figure in Kusari politics and well known amongst the Kusari elite, mysteriously disappeared today. No trace has been found of Mr.Uzumaki, and it is presumed that the Blood Dragons have taken him. The Kusari government expects a ransom note for Mr.Uzumaki soon, or even his head. Kato leaves behind no wife, and no children.

Quite frankly, I love this. Not only because it is intriguing and has future potential, but also because it parallels my RP posts as well (Kusari's tokeitai military police, experimental units, suppression teams, etc.)
I especially like the last part with the government cover up blaming it on the BD (blame it on Eiyuu Yamato!). Buen trabajo.
