To whom it may concern,

I would bid you 'Good day' but there is nothing good for either of us.

We have recently located your Core-1 installation and found it is in clear violation of Section 4 of the Constitution of territorial and interstellar laws put in place by the National Council of Malta. Not only have you built an installation within the confines of the Omicron Beta system without prior notification and approval of the Council, but have not even forwarded payment that is decreed within the laws; A total of 65,000,000 USC (Sixty-Five-million Universal Sirius Credits).

The council was highly displeased at this discovery and have authroized for the complete deconstruction of this installation. You have been warned and I expect you to do the same with your installation crew.
