Dear nameless communication sender,
Harmony has seen fit to explore the potential opportunities of some degree of cooperation between the Xeno's and the Battlegroup proper. To facilitate this, I've been assigned as your handler. You'll be working with Noble Squad, in what can be accurately called a test of what you have to offer.
Now that we've made contact with you, we can open a secondary line of communication so as to not clutter Actuals inbox with encrypted messages.

I have no idea who this'll reach.
Hello, our forces have encountered one another numerous times and even indirectly cooperated against mutual threats. It's also been observed that you have a strangle-hold on the military-salvage market, which I'm sure the incompetent leftist clique you share Bering with is jealous about. Your liberal business policy with letting the Outcasts purchase these materials is a cause for concern, but I'm not going to make threats about things I can't change.
What I can change is that I can buy out some of your stock before Malta has a chance to visit Liberty and do that themselves. I'd like for the Xenos be entitled to the goods you make openly available on your markets so that we may purchase military salvage from you.
What I can guarantee in return is that we won't prevent your clientele from reaching your depot to do business with you, but after they put the money in your hand their safety is forfeit. For the purpose of clarity, a Maltese transport running empty towards Bristol will be left alone. But once he disembarks after purchasing a full load of salvage from you, we might choose to tear him open. Obviously we can work out some finer details of how this can work so as to not rouse suspicions.
You're former soldiers, I'm sure you don't like having to deal with the diverse selection of scum that the Underworld has to offer. But now you have a chance to both do your business as well as minimize its consequences on the people of Liberty, whom you should no doubt be seeking to impress. Consider it an opportunity to both have your pie and eat it too, a rarity as far as I'm concerned.
Bristol Depot is currently in the process of being transferred over to the civilian company Bristol Constructions. Still we hold considerable influence and I am still overseeing the administration of the installation currently.
As long as you leave their vessels alone and also follow Separatist orders within Bering, we see no issue in you trading on Bristol.
Though the recent LSF invasion is making this fairly difficult.
You seem reasonable for being part of the Xenos I hope this is not causing any trouble in the area.
