Synopsis:
The goal of "Desert Sunrise" is to establish a neutral Zone or System

Execution:
Phase 1 - The beginning of this operation will require the construction of Bio Domes as habitats for working forces. The beginning of this project has already been delayed and will therefore be the Omicron Research Group highest priority beside "Fundamental Neutrality" to successfully meet the deadline of 5000 human settlers until the end of 825 AS.

Phase 2 - Once a stable human settlement has been established on the surface, the construction of Omicron Research Group facilities may begin. The aforementioned structure include but are not limited to the "Icarus Complex", the Research Headquarter of the ORG built three kilometers below the surface, an orbital elevator to reduce operational costs, a space port including a capital ship yard and a prototype system to allow capital ship landings and takeoffs.
