Captain of the Bustard Carrier New Columbia.

A week ago you were found unmooring from the Bering Freeport which is, as we know, in control of various pirate groups as of now. While this is not a direct violation of our law, it leads us to believe that you are cooperating with the local unlawful settlements, namely the Separatists and the Unioners. You were asked to specify the reason for your presence in front of our gates but you refused to speak and moored again, which is considered a crime under Section IV "Non-violent crimes".

Fleeing from an officer when stopped.

This is defined as fleeing any officer when he or she is attempting to question you. If an officer stops you using a cruise disruptor, that is an expression of his or her will to stop you. Ignoring this is a crime.

Not only that, you openly admitted to choose the commitment of a crime instead of complying with us, which leads us to believe you had a good reason not to speak, something that would have brought you in more trouble. This is what was recorded.

Greetings there.

I was just doing repair's in Freeport 2, I didn't wanted to tell this beacuse I wasn't aware of that law section.I thought you were trying to scare me off that stastion with "fake" argument of breaking Liberty law, I am from Omicron's, and I didn't heard about Liberty law there, so understand me, I will read Liberty law more carefully..

And another thing, why I wasn't on any other stastion's to repair my damm bustard? Awnser is, I heard that Liberty bar's have only Liberty Ale, so I didn't wanted to drink only that Ale for time of repair's, plus, I heard Freeport 2 have other type's of drink's, like Rheinlander, and stuff like that..

And my apologies for the inconvenience, ONS agent, are we good now? Beacuse I don't want to start a cat and mouse game.
