Maybe he was a "Keller" in the field but the Riemann within him certainly stuck as he spoke in person. His jumpy attitude only became more and more distinct, and now with him finally considering the Generalmajor's request - his personality was fixated. Annabelle remained looking out the window, recoiling at the sudden shout, apparently it didn't follow up with much movement as her guards remained still. After hearing his childish reaction spill out, Anna waited to hear him ask what she wanted, it was time to gamble. With Tabakov all but missing I have no more contacts within the S.C.R.A. I know personally - except you. Anna turned slowly, her eyes rose and fixed themselves on Lukas' face before she spoke again. There's a personal project I had worked out earlier with the S.C.R.A., a hybrid vessel composing of the Army's layout with materials and resources from the People's Republic and the assets within the newly conquered Cayman system. Without it I'm left with the collective, and well you see that just won't do in the event I'm outnumbered. Anna paused again, taking in a sharp breath through her mask, upon exhaling she glanced to her right, turning her head every-so-slightly before snapping her eyes back towards Lukas.Contrary to what you might think, I'm something of a pilot myself. This "project" has quite some room for improvement, but without any contacts I'm relying on blind trust from the People's Republic, and well you see in light of recent events I won't blindly trust people I don't know. Anna walked around and past Lukas, glancing about the room before turning back to speak again. Her eyes remained in their natural brown iris, she was holding in whatever emotions would've been revealed following the importance of this.
You see agent this isn't me asking you to blindly follow me, this is me extending my arm, just as I had mentioned before. In any case I will acquire what I need, but this would make things far more simple. I expect some portion of the man you claim to be is listening, if so - aid me with certainty where the Coalition may not. Here it was, time to see of the emotional mess of a conversation could pull together into something more meaningful - to Anna anyways.
Her personal fighter, of course that was what she wanted to work on. Given the distinct lack of reports of any "Hessian Sabres of odd design", he'd assumed she'd either decommissioned her ship or simply lost it through some spree of misfortune. "Your fighter, I was expecting a challenge to prove my progress. But I won't complain in the face of a fairly.. routine request. I certainly possess the authority to have a replacement issued to you and then accordingly modified for your own needs or.. 'style'." .
Whenever she walked around him, he'd fluidly rotate while staying in place, pivoting on a heel to keep a permanent eye on the other half of this conversation, he had a constant guard over his space, his mind seemingly as rigid as his every action and current tone. "I assume you have modifications already in mind as well as a preference of who you want to work on it. Put in words what you need and I can get it done."
He felt confidence surge through his veins again, this was something very simple for a person in his position to do, all he had to do was order the right people and apply his influence where necessary. Perhaps he needed a helper, a fellow Commissar loyal to him and completely obedient to his word. If he was going to have the independence he had in mind, now was the time to begin building his own power base wherever possible. His days as a follower were about as dead as his concepts of morality.

He underestimated the project's importance, or perhaps it really was so simple for him to accomplish - no matter. If it was within his capabilities than it would make things all the more simple, perhaps the true power of the vessel best remained behind a smokescreen.I have the blueprints, layouts, and my own personal adjustments. There are resources on Mykoliav that I require to ensure the vessel succeeds its predecessor. The wreckage of the vessel will be delivered to Mykoliav assuming you can procure a spot for this procedure to take place. Once the scientists from the SOA and S.C.R.A. have played their parts the vessel will be departed immediately. I expect this project won't take longer than a two weeks.
Annabelle was certain not to highlight the finalized product, that could wait until the repairs and procedures had been seen through. The agent didn't seem to care much for what the vessel would become but that was fine. With everything seemingly set in motion, Anna walked back to observe the Zhukovsky's traffic; speaking once again while facing the window. Notify me when you've made the arrangements, given it's simplicity I don't expect I'll be kept waiting. She began glancing out the window, waiting for Lukas to acknowledge her. With her weapon back at more than full capacity, she would be capable of making serious statements on the battlefield. Now it was only a matter of time.
This meeting felt as if it had reached its end, at which point he'd raise his helmet back up and lock it into place once more, all of its lights flickering back to life and streaming orders he had to carry out for the day, he was hoping to have a moment's rest, but at least this wouldn't be dull. "One week. Then I will contact you regarding this project, in the mean-time, I will have engineers on Mykolaiv acquire all the necessary resources to seamlessly facilitate this project." .
Not feeling the need to say anything else, he pivoted on his feet, stopping once he directly faced the exit, briskly leaving the room with an audible thump to his every footstep, as if frustrated by what the remainder of his day would involve. If there was anything else she had to say to him, she was perfectly capable of contacting him through a communication channel or arranging another meeting if one was required. He felt he had grown just by being in the room, he'd made it a priority of his to learn from those around him, especially if the skill-set of the person in question was pertinent to his duties.
It was time to carve his independence into stone and find a way to put everything he'd learned recently into practice. Commanding authority, ensuring loyalty and sowing fear where necessary, all promising concepts that he'd have to execute first hand to truly understand the nuances of their usage.
