Admiral.
I'd like to inquire as to why one of my warships, specifically the L.N.S. Arkansas, as well as another friendly vessel, was attacked by your fleet's bomber assets. The report sent in from Captain Katelyn Prescott, current CO of the ship, informed me that your ship's intention was the destruction of another allied warship, the L.N.S. Amenhotep, and interference by the bomber wing sparked conflict that eventually ended in your ships being turned away.
Please enlighten me as to why this occurred, Admiral. I'd hate to have to mark Sixth fleet vessels down as potential targets, but your ship's actions in Texas today have given me items to ponder.
Please do respond. Treason is a very serious accusation, and one that I do not take lightly.

Not so long ago, there was a battle with this man in the Texas system. Rumors have surfaced that the fifth fleet hunts this man on suspicion of treason. Hampshire was seriously damaged, and my people from the wings of "Epsilon" and "Beta" found out about this and tried to give battle to Kalh. But then you appeared.
Honestly, the rumors are sometimes true: the other day I heard that the Liberty Navy was raiding the Bering system and Kalh was among those who helped Harmony and the Unioners.
I'm somehow not sure about my actions, so I'll try to ignore this ship, like the entire sixth fleet as a whole. But keep in mind that if this ship will help the separatists or their allies, and I (or someone from the fleet) learn about this - Amenhotep will simply be destroyed. And I will not care which of the military Liberty will try to help him.
If the rumors are true, then Kalh is a traitor. And for traitors and their assistants there is no way back.

Admiral.
If we base common judgement on nothing but speculative rumors and hearings, then we may as well toss it out the window. I haven't, and I'm sure you haven't, gotten to my position by being overbearing and basing my actions, and those of my peers, on word that has possible dishonesty to it.
I'll look back on this as a misstep, Admiral. We get nowhere fighting amongst ourselves, but if push comes to shove, I can't stop my Captains from doing what they think is right in the moment.
