Howdy hey there, listener! I hope yer day's goin' fine an' dandy!
My name's Sandra Carter! I've been asked by our Arbiter, Rick Tiltman, 'ta reach out 'ta ya'll today an' see if ya'll'd be willin'ta make a business arrangement.
Specifically, the Congress is lookin'ta get ourselves some vessels with some serious tonnage capacities. Bein' that ya'll are practically a hop, skip an' a jump from my home here on Houston, I thought it natural fer me'ta be the one 'ta reach out 'ta our neighbors in Rheinland!
A few Colossus Super Haulers is what we had in mind. I ain't too sure what ya'll would like from the Congress in exchange, though I reckon the firs' thing'ta ask would be if ya'll would be open'ta doin' business with us Junkers.
Would Daumann require simple monetary compensation fer a few second-hand Colossi, or is there somethin' else ya'll would like? Lemme know if there's any extra details ya'll need, then maybe we'cn hammer somethin' out.
Lookin' forward'ta hearin' from ya'll!
~~Happy Trails

Frau Carter,
I would like to apologize that it has taken us this long to provide you with a response to your request.
Our corporation was approached by Herr Tiltman some months ago regarding a potentially massive contract that required some further information and assessments. Though looking back at my archives, it appears Herr Tiltman had something else entirely in mind and ended our communication somewhat abruptly. It's a shame that we could not move further back then. Nevertheless, we are still interested in collaborating in areas that are mutually beneficial.
Regarding your current request, we can certainly provide you with refurbished units, though keep in mind that our scope of practice and area of expertise lie elsewhere; namely in heavy construction and armaments within within the defence sector in addition to mining. I think it would be far more efficient to contact our partners at Republican Shipping for bulk purchase of civilian grade transports.
Kindly provide us with any specifications that you may have in mind so that we can see what we can arrange for you and get you a quote.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen

*Subject Matter: Acknowledgment and Further Query!*
Mister Brandt, thank 'ye kindly fer takin' the time 'ta get back 'ta us!
I went ahead and did some diggin' around our own records regardin' that communication that our Arbiter sent 'ta Daumann. Firstly, lemme' apologize fer Mister Tiltman's sudden turn-about behavior. I get the feelin' he misinterpreted what y'all was talkin' about all those months ago. Maybe this time we'cn start off on better footin'?
We'cn certainly put refurbished Collosi to use, provided they're outfitted 'ta deal with shipments pertainin'ta auxiliary base supply runs, or equipped with heavy radiation buffer plating. I reckon though, that yer probably right regardin' Republican Shippin', as far as obtainin' some freshly constructed Collosi. As fer radiation hull plates, would ya'll be the ones 'ta talk to regardin' those, or would ALG be the go-to folks fer that?
Tangently speakin', since yer still interested in collaboration between the Congress an' Daumann, s'there anything specific ya'll would like a hand with? I admit I don't get down 'ta Rheinland often, so I'm pretty out've the loop on current events goin' on there.
Additionally, s'there anything we'cn bring ya'll from outside've Rheinland that might be difficult fer Daumann 'ta come by? I can't really think've anything specific off the top've my head, but the Congress tends to be all over the place. Odds are, if ya'll are lookin' fer somethin' in particular, we might be able'ta get it for ya'll, sans perhaps anything from Gallia (Our depot in New London got demolished by the Royal Navy recently so, most've us are avoidin' Gallia fer the time bein').
One thing I'cn offer ya'll would be a few shipments've Manifolds. Y'know all them scrap fields we help clean up? Well, a lot've it ends up on Culebra Smelter, our primary scrap metal processin' plant. We sort through everything, take out all of the non-metal bits, smelt 'em down an' presto: Solid, recycled metal ready for repurposin'!
The downside 'ta Manifolds is that each batch've ingots can be different from the last in terms of metallic composition. While that means they might not be great in all applications, the good news is, they're pretty great fer plenty've mundane uses! Cheap too, since it's all recycled metal. Doors, hardware supplies, sheet panels - 'ya name it! Someone suggested one time that we could try 'ta mold 'em in'ta bullets fer light-arms, but I dunno how reliable that'd be; I reckon it might cause inaccuracy, but then again I ain't an expert on ballistics.
Anyways, Mister Brandt, if 'ya could let us know about what sort've jobs those refurbished transports are intended for, I'd sure appreciate it! Same goes for what Daumann might like some help with in general. We're open fer suggestions, here. Maybe ya'll have an overstock've mined materials? Or perhaps ya'll would like a few shipments've armaments delivered somewhere? Jus' tossin' some ideas out there.
Fer now, I'll wish 'ya fair skies an' safe travels, Mister Brandt. Take care!

Frau Carter,
Please accept my apologies for the very late reply!
We can certainly accommodate and refit transports based on your specifications. Radiation hull plate upgrades are something we are very familiar with and have quite a bit of experience with thanks to our mining operations in ‘hot’ zones.
We currently have two decommissioned units dry docked in the New Berlin system. They were mainly deployed on in-house routes, taking essential bulk supplies from New Berlin to Briesen and Raubling. The reason they are no longer in use, is mainly due to volatility on northern borders of Rheinland; we have opted for Uruz class transports to perform the same tasks. I think they will serve your purpose rather well.
As I mentioned before, our offer remains open and we will always explore business opportunities with potential clients and partners. Should your organization’s stance, or rather Herr Tiltman’s position, regarding this matter change you know how to contact us with a detailed RFP.
In terms of what you can provide us with in exchange, at this time we will only be issuing an invoice for your order. However, we know that you have a far greater reach in areas of the Sector that remain out of ours. We have a few projects currently in infancy stages which will require your skills in the coming months. We will be in close contact.
Your offer of manifolds has also been noted. One of our account managers will be contacting Congress with a special order very soon.
I will be signing off on your order and its associated upgrade specifications and transferring them to Oder for implementation, pending your approval of course.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Please do forgive this changing of hands as to the handling of this matter.
Now, on to business.
Everything seems well in order, and your offer in-line with what we need.
The approval has been given by Arbiter Tiltman, and I personally feel an apology for our lateness in reply is in order.
We are prepared to take delivery at your convenience, and poised to assist you in your aforementioned endeavors.
I look forward to working with you.
Also, please know that as Rheinland Director for the Junker's Congress, I will be paying special attention to this communiqué.
