Today we come to you with an important inquiry. We would like to improve our main ship Liberty-Emperor to do this we need your help first of all I would like to thank you for your time to read my request. We have already requested a draft from an engineer and are still waiting for a response. Nevertheless, I would like to ask already the question if it is possible to use the dry dock of the shipyard Marshall to realize this upgrade together. We would like to call on some of your mechanics and engineers. We need some transport ships to help us collect the materials and bring them to the shipyard. Unfortunately we do not have a list with materials yet but we will send them as soon as we receive them. We would of course pay for all costs and reward all accordingly, you just have to tell us your price for the effort. We would probably arrive in one day in Marshall if our request is accepted. As already mentioned, we would send the list with all the required materials as soon as they arrived. We have a chief engineer ready if he gives us a positive answer to work with us. Of course, this upgrade would benefit all of us, as we will be able to prove that we have an even stronger ship in our fleet that would support us in all the upcoming battles. We hope for a positive response and a good cooperation.

We have a little problem our chief engineer would help us to construct it but the problem is that i got told that you my friends tryed to shoot him on a daily base because he is from DSE so i would like to make a no fire agreement with you and nicky so we can realise this project together. If this is possible i would be very happy if it needs S.C to make this work it shouldnt be a problem. I would be very pleased to get a response soon so we can start working together on it. I have currently a mission that i want to do with the SSRT it will be a liberty wide espionage mission with the main goals of finding secret Navy, LSF bases and find the positions of various Capital Ships but for this we first need the Upgraded Liberty-Emperor. We also want to improve the Jumpdrive Series II so once its built we could provide you the Blueprints. Or we could even support you where ever its needed in Battles so you have additional Firepower. Beside that we would also pay you arround 150M-250M S.C for your help. But i can totaly understand if you rather Help your best and longest allie.

so far your forces have been operating at outstanding leves in defending Bering.

We're aware that maintaining heavier vessels is difficult in these changed conditions.

For the time of your retrofits you are clear to use Marshall's drydocks.

If you are hiring foreign contractors we need to be informed.

We will not require a fee for the usage but any materials you have to supply yourself.

If you wish to support further expansion within Bering though, we require nigh 20.000 cargo units of PlasFoam Conduits at Bristol Depot.
