Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Speaking for The Seraphim I come to you regarding licensing regulations within Rheinland.

We are a small group, affiliated with the Zoner Consensus, dedicated to working with situations of crisis and where immediate health care and support is needed. We've been working in Nuremberg for more than a year now, evacuating citizens and doing what we can for those who remain on the planet.

As the situation advanced, we kept a close eye on the needs of the people, and changed our workflow accordingly. Recently, for instance, we've started dispatching batches of Rheinbier, to also improve the morale of the residents instead of just health. Because of this, plans for shipping Blue Jillies to the area have been sitting on our desks, and we would like to regulate legal matters to be able to do so.

As it has always been part of the legal procedures, we need the recommendation of a Rheinland Official corporation to acquire it, and thus we're looking for a group willing to back us on this. Of course, more than just a recommendation, if one desires to understand our work better we're also here for that matter.

It would be a pleasure to work for our land in this fashion.
