Dear Sir or Madam of the Bretonian Armed Forces,
My name is Jack Steffens, Captain of the Zoner Carrier Sparta-2. We are reaching out to you because we request an allowance to enter, and possible stay within Bretonia for a while. The reason for that is rather simple, and I am sure that you will want to hear it in order to give me an answer that we can both be happy with.
Some time ago, while we were fighting off a Cultist Incursion within the Hudson System, we managed to take one of their weapons. The MB10a “Lewis” Battleship Cannon, to be more precise. Now, while the weapon seems to be very effective in combat, we have little to no information, except for the fact that it is probably an old weapon.
We have asked the University of Cambridge to assist us in this case, and they are willing to research the weapon with us.
Now, as both us and the University seems to have interest in researching the weapon, we would think that it is fair to say that both sides will profit from this. As mentioned already, we were told that we require an allowance from the BAF. Hereby, we request a visa for the following ships:
Sparta-2, Aquilon-Class Carrier, as the gun is already mounted on the ship Corinth, Fearless-Class Destroyer, for the carriage of our VIP-Personeel, including Aoi Oono, who will work with the University in particular for the reserach.
If there is any additional information required, then please make sure to let us know as soon as possible.
Regards, Jack Steffens

Mr Steffens,
It pleases me to hear of such cooperation to investigate into this so-called "cultist" weapon and I'm eager to allow both parties to get working immediately. However, naturally with any warship we must put into place some restrictions. These restrictions are to ensure the safety of our citizens but also to allow our war effort to go unhindered by the moving of such large vessels, such as the Sparta-2. Here is what I propose:
- Your vessels are to be restricted to the Cambridge system. The only exceptions being to enter Bretonia and to leave.
- You must provide us with an estimated duration of stay in Bretonia
- You must comply with any Armed Forces (//BAF|) instructions, these will be in the interests of safety
In addition to this I would recommend that you read up on section 4.2 of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law and familiarise yourself if you haven't already.
That is all.

My name is Aoi Oono, the commander of independent Zoner Q-Ship "Corinth", one the vessels mentioned in the clearance request.
We hereby accept the conditions provided. We are not going to leave Cambridge, as our interests are mainly going to be focused there, and are not going to assist any of the entities listed under section 1.5 of Bretonian charted in accordance to section 4.2. Our interests are purely scientificial, and we will stick with them, not seeking involvement in any possible conflicts.
The estimated time of duration of stay in Kingdom of Bretonia would approximately be one month, as we hope to acquire all the information we are looking for during that time. Should it be adjusted, however, we will notify you preemptively to cover up all formalities necessary.
On a side note - on a chosen date and time, we would like a vessel to rendezvous with us at Manchester to provide escort - to avoid unnecessary complications on our way.
We are grateful for your cooperation.
Peace, being the distant dream it is, comes inevitably, and goes hand in hand with justice.
Cursed be the war. Heroes never die! @Vitoniz30 @Connor

Dear Commodore Brooks,
We are more than pleased to announce that we are willing to stay within Bretonia under the mentioned conditions.
As by your second request, we estimate our coorperation to take about a month. Should the research take any longer than that, we will inform all participating parties in time.
We are currently reading the Bretonian law to ensure a smooth coorperation, as we are preparing to depart from the Hudson System. We will arrive through the Manchester System, and if needed, we can arrange a meeting time and point for the Sparta-2 and Corinth to go through the Bretonian Capital to reach our destination with the guidance of Bretonian Armed Forces Vessels.
However, we will have to inform the Bretonian Armed Forces, that if either the Sparta-2 or the Corinth get attacked by any vessels of a third party, we will have no choice but to also defend ourselfs properly. I can assure you however, that every captured criminal will be handed over to the Bretonian Armed Forces or the Bretonian Policy Authority, as well as the insurance that we will only defend ourselves if we are in a critical situation without any further support by any Bretonian assets.
I hope that this coorperation goes as smoothly as possible,
Jack Steffens

Mr Steffens,
A months stay in Bretonia shouldn't cause any problems, providing you abide by the aforementioned conditions. In terms of an escort, if you could provide me with the date of arrival and time, I will arrange a handful of officers to greet you in Manchester. If you have any further enquiries, do not hesitate to communicate them within this channel.
That is all.

Dear Commodore Brooks,
This might be a bit sudden, but we are ready to depart by tomorrow between 4-6pm Standard Sirian Time(//UTC). Would it be possible for the Armed Forces to prepare until then and pick us up ?
Should you not be able to arrange enough forces for an escort until tomorrow then we would like you to suggest a different date, and perhaps time, if the mentioned time is not very fitting for you.

Mr Steffens,
Apologies for the sudden nature of this message, we happen to have a fighter escort ready and waiting for you as I am relaying this information to you. Is your ship ready for flight or would another time be more desirable?

Dear Commodore Brooks,
Both the Sparta-2 and the Corinth are currently available, aswell. We hope that you can contact the mentioned fighter who will then bring us to the Cambridge System.
