Project Description
The following is a long term underway project that attempts to combine the efficiency and presicion factors of the tachyon-grade "Destroyer" in combination with the raw stopping power of particle cannons such as, but not limited to: Revolver mk2/purple goddess chain gun/ Kraken Type 2. The project has been spearheaded in private by Generalmajor Heinrich to re-outfit her personal vessel - the Fenriswolf. All details of the project have remained strictly classified since the beginning. No other operatives aside from those personally delegated by the Generalmajor are allowed access.
Destroyer - G.M REPORT
Likely the most efficient and powerful weaponry in the Hessian arsenal the Destroyer class has begun to be employed by several SOA pilots in respect to its aforementioned feature - efficiency. The weapons are also cheap for construction, and leave space for augmentation and improvements, making them a favorable choice to combine with edgeworld particle weaponry to maximize the damage potential while not sacrificing on too many of the aspects that make the destroyer so powerful.
Sickle - G.M REPORT
The particle variant carries little efficiency and all around less precision than the tachyon sibling. Though it lacks these features, it makes up for in raw damage, making it more reliable for a one on one scenario with another pilot. Or in the hands of a skilled pilot, a reliable solo running weapon. As I would prefer to call it.
GM's LOG: The STORMBREAKER weapons are nearly completed, and now the time has come to make sure they have an... appropriate host. The FENRISWOLF has been tweaked to compensate for the drastic power requirements these weapons will cost. Additional edits and discrepancies will be logged via this channel.
Iridium ore and compounds delivered by the order have sufficed for weapons. Applying more condensed compounds of Iridium, Platinum, and diamond to the Armor as a substitute for the commonly used titanium/platinum compound in the RH-GM40 seems to be the most smiled-upon-way to increase the defensive composition while retaining the turn rate and perhaps - tuning the response time. The Mounts will also have to accommodate my personal Spyglass Scanner.
STORMBREAKER - G.M REPORT
The weapons radiate with power. The presicion and qualities of the Destroyer series mixed with the Sickle mk2 make for a weapon worthy of she who is skilled enough to wield it... so the world would know. Final preparations for implementation onboard the FENRISWOLF are to be set in play. Weapon blueprints will be collected in hard copies and stored in [REDACTED].
LOGS: The weapons have been refitted to maximise their damage output at the cost of energy consumption from the vessel's core. All other aspects remain the same on paper. Visually, the weapon's discharged projectiles display a separate pigmentation. The weapons are derived from the original qualities of the Destroyer blueprints in sync with SIckle Particle weapon damage qualities. FENRISWOLF MK2 - STORMBREAKER FINAL DRAFT [TOP SECRET]
GM's LOG: The weapon blueprints will remain stored in [REDACTED], however the ship exterior and interior blueprints will be scanned for storage under this file. Fluctiations in the powercore based on different methods of firing discipline produce anticipated results. Core stability remains intact, weapons have been mounted and field testing will be commenced once necessary repairs have been applied to the FENRISWOLF. First test subjects ought to be heavier vessels to confirm stopping power usage. Bretonian Armed forces "Templar" class fighters will suffice, time for a hike to this newly announced "Exter" system.
Engine systems produced on the LICH series will be converted for use as well. That will take a matter of days.
