Why is this even a thing? You can take the Lane for about thirty more seconds and grab Synth Gel at Los Angeles.

Is this the result of some RP I don't know about, or someone just neglecting to put a negative sign on it? It's been like this for years now, and only now have I bothered to bring it up.
