Subject: Saigon Concern
Honorable Samura representatives.
We have heard about incident around Planet Saigon and we are unsure how to react to it. The Hogosha familes are unsure how to act due to rumours around the deteriorating relations between Kusari and Rheinland. As if the past Civil War wasn't enough for us, now we might be facing an actual war between two Houses. This raises concerns of our Oyabun in regard to new situation within Sigmas and our commercial trade runs with Corsair Empire. Therefore we are asking for vital counsel in order to secure our options for the near future.

My name is Hiraku Nomura and I am a new sitting member of the Board of Directors for Samura Heavy Industries. We are pleased that members of the Hogosha families have turned to us for advice, as always we will do our best to offer any services we can. Our infomation regarding this mess is that it is another in a long line of the gas miners causing trouble for Kusari citizens, as usual the government have not seen the threat that the GMG represent and have been played like fools once again. Samura will not become tied into this scheme and as such are remaining outside of the mess that is this conflict in any official capacity. That being said, you may find some Samura pilots flying around those parts and becoming involved, but they do so without the backing of this company. We are more interested in the long term stability of the Sigma systems then being dragged into the GMG's insult of the week.
As for the Hogosha families, we would suggest that you use this opportunity to further weaken the GMG's hold within the Sigma systems, particularly around Sigma-17. This presents an opportunity to return that which was stolen from Kusari by foreign interests and return it to where it belongs. As usual If Samura be of any help to this endeavor, please do not hesitate to let us know.
While that is our advice, we know the Hogosha to be a varied and proud group, as such we would not stand in the way of you doing whatever it is that you see as the best course of action in your duties to protect Kusari, as shall we. Know that just as always, you have our full support.
Sayonara,
Hiraku Nomura.
