Alright, listen up grunts. This is where I expect you to file your AAR's and PCR's, in a timely manner. Given that theres a war on, any information you drop in here could turn into an advantage, or a critical piece in an elaborate game. Now, I'm sure you've got all manner of excuses for why your reports might be late, ranging from the obvious to the extravagant, but I'm gonna make it simple.
No report, no pay.
I don't care if all you did for the three hours of your patrol was stare at the stars. If one of them twinkles in a slightly different way than it was before, I want to hear about it. Kills, interceptions, raids, cargo reclamation, cargo embargo, cargo escort, assisting combat pilots and scouting. All of this is important and matters. All most as much as your paycheck for doing so. Right. I'm sure you get the picture.
Secondly, RoE. Inside Kusari you're the hired guardians of Samura pilots. All Samura pilots. So if you see some no-name space trucker getting jumped, you jump right on in and educate the thugs on how they've made bad choices.
You're also hired mercs. You see Kusari Navy, Police or Intelligence shooting something that isn't a friend? You jump right in and help them shoot it until it can't be shot anymore.
The last and perhaps most important of our RoE is that from this moment on, you're hired contractors in a war. I don't need to cover all the different rules of war conventions and treaties with you, because to be entirely frank, I don't give a shit about them. We're paid to kill the bad guys, and right now the bad guys are Rheinland. As such you'll be doing a lot of shooting. In fact, you'll be akin to the Privateers of Earths age of Exploration. Inside Kusari, you're the good guys. In Rheinland, you're pirates. You're gonna be sinking ships and looting their holds. The more you loot, the richer you get. The more ships you sink, the bigger the bonus on your paycheck is.
Right thats it for the moment. Prep your ships, pray to whatever deities you hold dear, and brush up on your favorite evasive maneuvers handbook. From here on out it's hazard pay all the way.

Tsugaru Securities After Action Report
Callsign Bushi-1
Mission Classification: Combat/Scout
Mission Outcome: Partial Success
Mission Notes: War is heavy, and our Naval Forces were deep in heavy combat. Sierra. One was on site, but went down before I could establish contact with him.
Assisted Naval Forces on repelling the enemies, and they were successful in neutralizing almost all targets. A few skirmishes remained when I disengaged from combat.
Tsugaru Securities After Action Report
Callsign Sierra One
Mission Classification: Raid/Combat
Mission Outcome: Partial Success
Mission Notes: Defending the KNF forces from the Rheinland forces in Sigma 21, we've been forced to adapt the fighter situation and accomplish with the duty, thought we've been nastily outnumbered at the end. We've lost numbers, but our capital vessels screwed completely the Rheinland fleet.
Mission Kills: [X] - [x] - [y]
Mission Payout: 2.000.000 for [X], 1.000.000 + 2.000.000 + 1.000.000 for [x], 1.000.000 for [y]
Mission Classification: Combat/Scout
Mission Outcome: Success
Mission Notes: A raid consisting of four Turtles, one battlebrick and a couple of snubs on Honshu going all propaganda style. Obvious bait mid lane to Honshu from Akita. I was the standing scout for the Kusarian forces, and during the battle managed to not only cut down several APOC missiles heading to the Kusarian forces, I also managed to cruise disrupt and break away their fleet in pieces that the IKN just picked apart, while I lobbed novas at them. In the end, nabbed one of their spooks in a Wraith, exploding his mine on his arse. Bottom line, no Rheinie survived, they're all now sucking space dust.
