Our patrols have recently come across what appears to be a heavily damaged Liberty Battlecruiser in the Omicron Minor system. Responding to hails, it was identified as the Battlecruiser Lehigh. It had warped into the Omicron Minor system via an unstable jump hole - it's a miracle it's still standing. Now, traditionally, as per our laws, we don't take too kindly to unannounced visits from foreign capital ships in our space. However, as the vessel is heavily damaged and its crew is in need, we are more than happy to secure repairs and supplies for the suffering people on board. The Liberty Security Force has done a lot for us, so it is only fair we return the favour.

We can arrange for shuttles to pick up the crew and take them to Capetown, before moving to Nauru for proper respite. Our state of the art medical facilities should be more than equipped to give the crew time to heal. The Lehigh itself can be taken into Omicron Rho, where it can undergo repairs at Alabama Shipyard. Until then, we can prepare to begin shipments of supplies to the Lehigh, as well as contact the local Junker population and encourage them to assist. It's best we act soon: if we've managed to stumble upon the Lehigh, the Nomads and Order may not be far behind.

I can tell you that the vessel had no standing orders to breach 'your' space. The circumstances behind all of this feels very strange to me. I'll first have an investigation, albeit a brief one, of the ship and its crew before you moor it in Rho. A few scans for the personnel and telemetry checks, nothing out of protocol.

We'd have no issue with the Liberty Security Force having a more concrete base of operations in the Omicrons, as it'd be a boon to us both. In future, rather than stationing it alone in Omicron Minor, it might be wiser for the Lehigh to moor at Capetown Station instead. If you cannot provide logistical support, that is no worry.
