First of all, I must thank you for making contact with us in regards to the high value cargo that was being moved from Freeport-9 to Freeport-1. Usually, matters of this kind would be exclusively under Bretonian jurisdiction, so I appreciate being able to work with one of my esteemed counterparts on your side of the Barrier Nebula.
However, the truth of the matter is that I am contacting you to extend my personal gratitude, as well as that of Agency 404, over the matter of the aforementioned incident that occurred from Omicron Gamma, through Omega-41, Omega-5 and Omega-3. Without your help, I would not have survived with my ship in tact. It was a dangerous enough situation, with the Nomads, Corsairs, Red Hessians and the Core making their belated appearances. While it is a shame that we could not achieve the objective of safeguarding what appeared to be an innocent transport, I am very thankful to you for your successful efforts to preserve both my ship, and my life.
I understand that there was an agreement between the Red Hessian Army and the Bretonian Government with regards to non-aggression between your two parties. To make it clear, I certainly don't begrudge the actions of the Bretonian Government to make peace with every potential problem that it can in order to deal with the Gallic threat. That being said, I must again extend my thanks to you for attempting to dissuade the Red Hessian Army from engaging my Avenger. I would have been, for all intents and purposes, high and dry were it not for your successful intervention. I'm sure what you saw is enough evidence for any investigation that may be undertaken, but should you require it, I will be happy to provide a sworn statement to the Special Intelligence Service and/or the Bretonian Government upon request.
I hope to discuss the issue over a drink with you some time, should our schedules allow it.

That mess within the Omegas yesterday was a lousy business, pravda, but fruitful. I received information you were in the area and it was suggested to call upon you if the environment was not friendly.
The information I collected is worth its weight in gold and it is of added value to the Service and Bretonia and you have aided me in arranging for it, so it was more than natural to return the favor in regards of the bezmozgliy Hessian attacking you even after being told not to.
As for a statement to Service, I will add that note to the report I am compiling now and I got to say spasibo for it. As for that drink, I got to say it will have to be in neutral grounds, like Curacao. What time and date you have in mind?

I'm happy to know that the information gathered is valuable to the Service and the Crown. I can say that those events also helped me to better shape my understanding of the region, which my own colleagues in the Agency have been introducing me to recently.
