My name is Prof. Regis Nerva and, among other things, I am part of The Zoner Consensus and the Dean of the Edgeworld University.
I am contacting you regarding a personal project of mine. I am almost sure that your Baffin patrols have stumbled upon a new base. This base is going to transformed into a Research Institute with the help of TaZ. Furthermore, with the help of MFE, the base shall have a hospital that will always be ready to take in any patients that might be send our way.

My old friend Doc. Holiday advised me to contact you and request that you include this new base on your patrol itinerary. There should not be any problems, but my life in the deep Omicrons taught me that it's better to be safe rather than sorry.

I am Blaine Chara, Administrator of Freeport 6. I know of you, of the Consensus and Doc is an old friend. We are a small operation here but we do patrol Baffin to Coronado and the Taus so we'll include you on our routes. James West is the patrol commander as I don't get out much. My place is here. Just give me a co-ordinate of where the base is to put it on our routes.

Monthly deliveries? That might be tough as we are reliant upon the traders that pass through here. I'll see what I can do. Just know that Zoner interests will be monitored there.
And don't be afraid to come here now and then. The Deadbeat Cafe is a good place to pick up information, goods and we have some good food here as well.
