Greetings esteemed members of The National Council,

We contact you today to ask for a permission to build Four Weapon Platforms in our base. The base is only 30k away from Omicron XI jumphole so we need to build a security weapon platforms in case of any threats that may happen in the future. The base is also far away from any Outcast bases/stations so these weapon platforms should be our primary defense system until we can call for reinforcements.

Good day, sorry for the delay but we've all be caught up in doplomatic issues as of late from the rising conflict in the sigma front.

You'll find that the council has agreed on your weapon platforms, just ensure that your installations automated firing system is targeted on anyone we don't deem hostile to the state. That be bad for business obviously. You'll find more of my shipping associates on board, its good to have more enterprises within Maltese space. I hope those platforms provide better security for it in such a hostile area.
