Good day.

Three days ago, there was a scuffle between Auxesia and a group of Bounty Hunters. Said scuffle originated in Manchester and seemingly died there, as per Auxesia contact to all Bretonian offices.

Meanwhile, there was a contact from the DW Bounty Hunter group to the Admiralty Board, where they attached evidence of not only Auxesia engaging in unlawful mercenary work in Omega-3.

But the even more worrying presence of Hessian capital class vessels.

There is also evidence of their presence in an even earlier situation within the Cambridge system, albeit snub forces only. I am giving access to both the DIS report as well the DW Bounty Hunting communication.

I will not make a statement on the Auxesia affaire publicly, as it does not fall under our jurisdiction to investigate in criminal acts within the Kingdom, yet I would be much obliged if any further happenings would be reported to my office. I like to have a good picture of what happens within the realm.
About the Hessian incursion. Their capital ships are, for all I know about the terms of the non agression pact that is in the working, allowed to enter certain parts of Omega 3. The fighterwing engaging in combat in Cambridge is another matter, yet I take no Bretonian people were harmed during the attack, correct me if I have wrong informations, and therefore I would assume we can account this on the lack of a written down pact. The SIS claims to have solved that problem, should you see even just signs of this claim beeing false I expect you to collect all evidence you can get your hands on. That would be all.

yours sincerely
Sir Jacob McIntire
