National Council representatives,

Today at around 11:10 SMT one of my pilots had been engaged by a joint force of Corsairs and Order operatives a couple of clicks away from Malta's orbit. Backup forces managed to react in time and the invaders had been pushed out with both Order vessels destroyed. Their one time attack on my pilot I could turn a blind eye to, but their cooperation with the Corsairs I would not. Starting from now all Legionnaire pilots would treat any and all Order vessels inside Maltese territory as destroy on sight.

Hopefully the Council sees that the only reasonable course of action is to return to the status quo of the times before this would-be truce. Anything else would be submitting to vassalage under Admiral Golanski's ego.
