Konbanwa, esteemed representatives.

As it appears the relationship between Malta and the Order once again changed drastically. The sudden appearance of Maltese as possible targets on the Order sponsored Bounty Board says a lot. We would kindly ask you what caused this outbreak of hostility. Malta has been our close allies and friends ever since but the Order became our friends too after some time. We value both sides a lot and it would be a shame if you cause bloodshed over matters which could be solved without gunfire.
We are awaiting a reply from both sides, explaining why they think it is necessary to start a conflict once again.
We kindly ask both sides to inform their pilots to refrain from hostile actions against each other for the time being. We hope that there is no need for violence just yet and that both sides wish to solve this as much as we do before it truly escalates.

Your blunt ignorance has been noticed. We have seen the conflict growing within the last month now. If this is your both sides desire, slaughtering each other over things who would laugh at your behaviour, that is in case they can laugh, instead of sealing the prior state of peace, so be it.
It is a shameful display by the Maltese Republic to cling to the non-human creatures who dared and to this point still dare to threaten Kusari, including ourselves.
It is a shameful display by the Order to engage into violent raids against Malta in an attempt to "purify" Malta.
Both sides are wrong in this conflict and neither side will win or gain anything from it. It is not more than their kin abusing the situation. Nevertheless, our stance is clear.
The Golden Chrysanthemums will remain to lobby for the end of this conflict. It is unnecessary bloodshed and therefore we will not get involved into this with more than words for now. Trade relations with the Order will remain active, trade relations with Malta, especially the upholding of the Kusarian Cardamine Market shall not be affected by this conflict. Cooperation between the Golden Chrysanthemums and both involved parties going beyond logistical relationships will not cease due to this conflict. Vessels found in Kusari assisting the Nomads will be treated with accordingly, the same goes for unwanted assets such as the Coalition which was recently seen assisting the Order in Malta's orbit.

We still hope you will decide to lay down your weapons one day and not let them have their fun fooling you all anymore.
