while we do not fully consider our Republic at fault here, we certainly have to admit that mistakes have been made. The situation was caused by a number of unfortunate events and reactions that did certainly not help to settle it.

In order to restore the friendly and mutually beneficial relations between our nations, we hereby apologize for the incident that has started this situation and acknowledge that this whole situation could have been handled differently.
