This is Miguel Blancos, reporting in an important discovery.
I went to Planet Curacao to get the liner that GOAT kindly gave us, when I heard about this system called "Kansas" where, by what rumors on Curacao say, it's a very strange but interesting system, so I decided to give it a look.
At first sight, this system seemed to me an actually quiet one, but I noticed a strange nebula, very close to the one in Omicron Delta system as composition and colour so I decided to have a look into it.

While scouting the whole asteroid field that was found deep in the nebula and in the end was discovered something shocking...
It was something triangular shaped, seemed alien, don't know what it is, it may be an ancient relic, or, based by the hole in the center, maybe a JumpGate...
I'd like to request ASAP a Survey and Science team to escort me to analize this thing, and see what data we can gather from it.

Your report on the issue is most welcome. The Coalition is well aware of alien presence in Kansas. It is disturbing that the Libertonian government ignores such a threat which is just another proof of how incapable their capitalistic government is wherein profits of the cronies outweigh the real threat to the whole sector.

SCEC vessels have scouted the area before. Unfortunately, remoteness of the system as well as hindrance in the face of Libertonian Navy render further surveillance operations difficult. It is possible to dispatch small forces not to attract additional attention. However, I believe that a full-fledged expedition is possible only in case of a massive coverage from the SCRA and other allies concerned.

If you have any suggestions regarding the issue - please, feel free to share them. I believe, we can work something out.

Senor Belov, a pleasure to hear from you.
And yes I agree that Libertonian Government ignores this kind of threats and it punts in danger a lot of civilians.
My proposal was to dispach a small research team, formed by myself and other 3 small vessels that would escort me and my crew that will be on the Liner class ship, along a research team from SCEC and ApS.
This way we keep the numbers low but still have the same efficiency.
