As of the Seventeenth of the ninth of this year (17/09/825 AS) the Bretonian government lifted all restrictions on Kusari Nationals and traders, henceforth nullifying Law 2.3 Regarding Kusari Nationals and Limitations of Access.
This is a note to inform you that the aforementioned law is now considered void by Bretonia and that no restrictions will be placed on Kusari nationals or traders by Bretonian Law enforcement.
To Alexander East, secretary of the Bretonian Cabinet
Heyo, thank you for informing us about your recent policy changes. That sounds really nifty.
I guess with that out of the way, some of our rules and orders are kind of obsolete or pointless now, since they have no parity in your side. I believe we will review any restrictions on Bretonian business and people in Kusari legislation, and rework them accordingly.
Keep an eye out for update. Oh, and stay frosty out there. Times are hard for Bretonia.
As they use to say, cheerio. Toshinori Kojirou
