Operating within the law in bretonia and outside it in liberty seems to me to be something of an issue.
Bretonia and Liberty are very closely tied (especialy with the new Treaty of Curacao) and would share information about crimial activity, which would include a mercenary company working for the lane hackers and rogues (who are considered hostile by the bgrets as well).
Extrodition treaties and so on are only a tiny roleplay step, and on infact that a few of us have thrown around recently.
I suggest if you want to be unlawful in one house you'd best be unlawful in both.
Why not do it like real governments would? If the OI are listed as hostile etc by the BAF, then the OI will respond in kind, or in whatever way.
Let things develop, as they have already with Liberty, instead of setting things out from the start when it need not be that way.
A group like this needs time to have their diplomacy worked out in game. We can say all we want about who they should be friends or enemies with, but this is a private security company, they are going to work for whoever pays the most, unless there are other considerations. We shouldn't say, "You cont work for this person or that person." Instead react to who they work for in-rp. They commit an unlawful act in Liberty, and the LN gets in touch with the BAF, and then the BAF has to decide how to handle it, and so on and so forth. Thats RP folks.

I'm going to have to totally agree with Zelot.
OI being a mercenary group, should be able to remain neutral to all in their rep ( with exception of always hostile terrorist & such) as they basically work for the highest bidder at any given time. Thus it would be up to each house, group, & faction as to how the will determine their diplomacy with these mercenaries. If OI took a contract with Liberty Rogues, it would be expected that Liberty Lawfuls would list them as unfriendly to hostile Unless Liberty lawfullls decide to make a higher bid against the unlawfulls & so on. Limiting a mercenary group to a strict rep diplomacy would greatly hinder their role play abilities.
Alright, I changed the tagline to be a little more precise about how we operate. But other than that as far as everyone is concerned there should be nothing stopping this from being accepted? (of course I won't hold it against you if we dont, just want to hear some opinions).
Unfortunately that probably won't happen after one or two jobs done for the enemies of Liberty Lawfuls. Especially since we have been placed as KoS >.<
Ah well, live and let live.
