Thanks to the valiant prowess of the pilots from the allied fleet consisting our your own brave pilots, the coalition and our fleet, we managed to repel the Corsair Armada and as such, our installation known to few as " The Breach" now going by it's real name, Puerto de Nueva Hispania has seen a new day rise.

I was wondering when will we talk again. The defending of your installation was not a problem, in fact it was something of a strange story. Our patrol was flying through Omicron Theta when it was ambushed by the corsairs, one of the vessels got destroyed the other escaped. We heard that you were in need of help and after we were given the coordinates we arrived at your base. We were glad to help and we would do it again any time. I believe that an alliance with APS is a step in the right direction. I will soon arrive at your installation. I think I have an idea of how this could work. We share quite a few common interests. Together we could achieve those.
It has been a while since the theta war and our people have indeed met more than once since.
I cannot forget your gesture in showing me my lineage in the form of the Hispania herself. An escort through such dangerous space to justify the birth of a new alliance. What better place to begin such a venture than the Hispania herself where our people once stood united.

I was awaiting your word. In the last few weeks our pilots have been cooperating closely. We think it's time to make the next step. I would like to suggest an alliance beetwen our factions, so our people can stand united once more like they did that day when they left Hispania. I think it's time our nations bury the hatchet and stop their agressions towards eachother. So once we are in command of Outcast space and you are in command of Corsair space we will be able to create unity all over the Omicrons. I have attached the papers bellow. Sign them upon agreeing.
The United Hispania Treaty, or the Hispania Alliance, is an alliance between the Maltese Opposition Army and The Apostatas. The alliance is based on the mutual agreements and common goals between the factions.
This treaty, upon signed by The Maltese Opposition Army and The Apostatas (hereby referred to as Parties), is the written expression of the agreements and will finalize the alliance by both parties:
1. Combat support
1.1. The Parties agree to assist each other in battle against common enemies and to respond to emergency transmissions.
2. Economic support and supplies
2.1. The Parties agree to assist each other with supplies and economic support.
3. Exchange of scientific knowledge and technology
3.1. The Parties agree to share knowledge and equipment to help advance their common goals.
4. Research and Development (R&D)
4.1. The Parties agree to cooperate in researching and in developing technology to achieve common R&D goals.
5. Contraband
5.1. The Apostatas agree to allow the Maltese Opposition Army to carry Cardamine within Apostatas territory in
doses considered for personal use only. Exceptions are made if the Maltese Opposition Army are transporting
Cardamine for research purposes.
5.2. Both parties agree to criminalize the possession of Artifacts, Sorted Artifacts, Xeno Relics and Slaves.
Exceptions are made if the Parties are transporting Artifacts for research purposes.
6. Strategic plans
6.1. The Parties agree to cooperate towards advancing common environmental, economic, political and
military goals.
Future changes in the treaty must be approved by both parties before implementation and will require
new signatures.
Both parties remain the right to end this alliance at any point of time.
