Consensus Integrity Service
The latest times of the Zoner culture were filled with violence, danger and expulsion. Attacks on Freeports and innocents were just the beginning of the tragic banishment and hunt that is on going in Sirius.
Founded by the Consensus to secure the Zoner way of life, the Consensus Integrity Service is an agency formed to defend, preserve and improve the Zoner integrity, ideals, and society, not only to provide essential information to set up a safe and secret Zoner settlement. Currently located on the Carrier fleet "Transcendence", their current benefit stays their mobility. It's founding could not have come any sooner though. With the tensions rising with the Bretonian occupation within Omega-49 the Consensus struggled to match this new threat. Learning to adapt to this new situation the Consensus Integrity Service was created to use superior intelligence to undermine and overcome it's new and future adversaries. As Zoner's came to realize not everyone would respect their approach to neutrality in all things, they discovered that information could be used as a form of leverage. When applying this new form to general tactics and providing this "commodity" to their advantage, they found that not only could they keep a form of neutrality, but also help pressure or force it's threats into submission. Taking a page out of other intelligence agencies in Sirius, the CIS employs infiltration, spec ops, and pure intelligence gathering as its primary weapon. Being primarily a reconnaissance organization secrecy and a aggressive diplomacy are their greatest methods of action. Motivated by their belief, they'll make not only the Zoner life better, but all life.

The Consensus Integrity Service is strict in its recruiting standards because of the undercover work it's agents must go through. Rest assured, this just means any agent accepted is held within the highest regards. All agents retain the same tag, status, and rank but must keep every detail of their missions secret accept when prearranged and directed at given coordinates in advance. Each potential agent must have at least 3 references where a background check will thoroughly follow prior to the final review. There are several code phrases that each member is given upon initiation. Those follow once the agent has been inducted.

Upon final review and approval each agent is to be given an assignment and must never disclose their mission. All agents wishing to be accepted agree upon submitting their application to adhere to the directive of the CIS and the vision of the director. At any point should an agent be compromised or act against the well being of the CIS the director can and will disavow any knowledge or affiliation to said agent. Agents do receive a generous stipend which is dependent on their activity and reports back to the director. Among the authorities of every agent they have full autonomy to carryout their mission as they see fit and with the full support of the director as long as this does not compromise the identity of the agent.
