Good day.
You know the situation on the frontlines well, and I trust you understand the situation of the underworld is no better. We have been making many sacrifices to support the Armed Forces in this war, and our choice is starting to take a toll on our fleet. To be blunt: we will not be able to maintain an active involvement for long. We are losing ships and equipment faster than our logistics are able to replace them, and seeking aid among other, so called "unlawful" elements of Sirius is unfeasible at best.
We need a local supply, and that is a demand our production lines can no longer satisfy. We require an immediate injection of ships and related equipment. Splitters, Dissolvers, Templars, Paladins, whatever spares you might have. Perhaps a Churchill or two. Should that be unfeasible, I'm afraid the Guard will be forced to retract our units from the front, and dedicate them to obtaining the needed resources from whatever other sources within our reach.

Miss Collins.
Good evening. I am Captain William Briggson, responsible for the Bretonian Armed Forces Technology & Grants department. The Admiralty, after giving green light to this request, saw fit for my department to deal with this very exceptional request.
While it is a logistical nightmare in how to deliver you the requested hardware, I already drafted a small war-time lend-lease document that states that at the end of the Gallic Invasion, said equipment will be delivered back to the Armed Forces fully. A disclaimer as would say that you can only use this equipment during the war. Even the lost or broken equipment must be signaled and returned.
For that, and to insure that the proprietary hardware and manufacturing laws are followed, I have already assembled a team of engineers and logistical officers, accompanied by security, obviously, that will repair any and all hardware that is of Bretonian origin. All that is requested is that obligatory leave time is followed as well the deliveries they may stipulate of necessary equipment for their work.
So, with that in mind we are capable of releasing around a half-a Calvary wing under this lend-lease agreement which is comprised of the following:
Alongside a full engineer crew and assorted support and security teams. If you so agree we can start developing the particulars details of this deal regarding release and deployment. The tea is on you however. Engineers are quite the.. problematic sort without their tea, I tell you.

Although the Guard appreciates the swift and positive response, the conditions provided are not satisfactory. The issue is the compliment of engineers and related crew. I trust I do not need to go into details regarding our reluctance to accept such a large, armed force onboard practially all of our outposts. It presents a great security risk, as well as a substantial logistical problem, the latter of which we have enough of already. Moreover, we would have to suffer such setbacks for practically no benefit, as our own engineers are well acquainted with bretonian engineering, for reasons that I believe to be obvious enough.
I am afraid that this condition will remain non-negotiable on our end. Should you be willing to accept this, we are ready to proceed and iron out the details.

As per Admiralty Board order, there will be no engineering crew and support staff. Fair warning though, even your engineers will have issues with the Bretonian proprietary elements, for they are not Armed Forces ones.
However, in a precautionary measure as you can well understand, a non-tampering device has been installed in each hardware of the previous list. A 'forced denial' device, as it were. It basically prevents that certain proprietary technology, known only to the Armed Forces and BMM inside the ships and weapons, to well, be known. Also, it does have the handy extra feature that if the equipment is lost, misplaced or tampered, said equipment and whatever is close, will become ash.. or dust.
I can't really say which one of the two, the Toys & Games boys didn't really specified.
Now, if you agree, let us start arranging transportation of the hardware.

How do you define "misplaced" or "lost"? For all intents and purposes, you want us to seat our pilots within ticking bombs that you can set off at will. That is not going to happen, and we are starting to suspect that the Armed Forces are not taking this request seriously. It is worrying that such conditions are what we receive after what our pilots have sacrificed to aid you.

We're glad that the Board has seen the issue our way. We will begin making the necessary arrangements to receive the ships. We are also open to hearing any details you'd like to iron out before that happens.
