Greetings ladies and genteleman.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Alexander Johnson and I'm the leader of the Maltese Opposition Army. We oppose those who take away lives for exchange for income and brake human rights while doing so. A terrible thing has occurred today at 16:47 Sirius time. I was getting shot at, by some vessel tagged with "QC". I managed to escape for a second and I ren towards the safe space of Freeport 10. But by the time I was there they were already on my trail. As soon as I arrived they appeared out of nowhere. First, we only talked and slowly they got upset over their lack of skills to hit my vessel. A man offered me a duel but I didn't trust him because he was accompanied by two capital sized vessels and I was obviously not. They didn't like that and started firing at me. Please note that they were clearly in the freeport's No Fire Zone and they did it anyway, just after saying that "they do not care about zoners." Some of the shots hit the base and I'm sure that they interrupted the peace and broke several laws while doing so. I believe they should be punished. I'm not to judge but, if I may, I would suggest exile from your installations because they could do it again at any of your stations. I got away safely.

The proofs will be attached below. I expect a quick reply so this kind of thing won't happen again.

While I would like to imply we could do something - I believe their stance is made clear. The Zoner community is currently tending to its own wounds, and working on subsequent plans to aid our primary concerns. From the wording you used, it's implied that you brought them to Zoner sovereign space, and then further provoked them to attack - which would violate the policies we typically uphold. However, I'm willing to extend the benefit of the doubt in this case, as we'll start an investigation into these Outcasts.

Should we decide that they do pose a reasonable threat to the peace and prosperity of the Zoner community, we can use your suggestion. Until then, we don't have sufficient enough reason as well as collective infractions to take such action. We pride ourselves in tolerance, and in a universe where the strongest survive, I recommend you significantly adjust your tactics in the future. The Freeports are a place where people can gather to do their business with a level field - where creed and background is left at the door, and we focus on our needs. It's, by no means, a perfect safe-haven. Given the title you give yourself, their implied reason to attack you in the first place is unsavory, but justified. I need not remind you that the Zoner Freeports are not a staging location, so please don't drag the Zoner community into your own personal or organizational struggles. Should you have business to offer, you're welcome to continue to do so.
