Event Suggestion: Bounty Hunter Blues | Combat Event

Would be neat to have an event where BHG ID would automatically get money from all lib unlawful IDs in Liberty for like two or three weeks. Say something between 5 and 10 mil. It'd be like automating the bounty hunting process, since the paperwork is often frustrating.
